Wish there was a ZERO selection. This company has the worst customer service possible. They have a shipping address in Ireland and I live in the U.S.
They won't do anything to adjust the address and I'm out the money.
Donate locally and don't waste your money on them. They don't even donate much to animal rescues.

If I could give a zero or negative, I would. Tried to send back hoodies that were for my pets, it was the wrong size. All three were rejected on web site. Called and they told me it was a third party and couldn't return. So here I am stuck with $145 worth of shit

I’m somewhat surprised to see such negative reviews. But some of them have nothing to do with this company. Idk what they were reviewing, so look at that. I only purchased 3 blankets for my 3 small dogs. The blankets came in a timely manner and were lovely and soft and my dogs curled up on them right away. Now I didn’t buy clothing but having 3 mixed breed dogs weighing between 6 to 12 pounds, I know sizing something is always a problem, due to the different chest shapes etc. sometimes an XS fits the 12 pound dog and sometimes it fits the 6 pound, so I’m aware that it’s difficult. But personally I had a good experience and will purchase again from them.

I would give this site a zero if I could.
The products are so/so. It is not easy to discern if items are non-returnable/refundable, so you might easily purchase an item you will be stuck with even though the sizing is marked incorrectly (ordered a 9 received what was really a 10).

I arrived yesterday, I was standing in the dacha, some driver arrived, he gave them money, I went to ask them, but they unloaded it, and in the end this young man who works there, probably the boss, also brought me. And I wanted the truth, not discrimination

Ordered some clothes and received a legal sized flat rate envelope with a label with my name and address on it and GreaterGood as the return address. I figured they had vacuum-wrapped the clothes. When I opened the package it was some kind of booklet written in Spanish. Then I realized the package had another label on it with a Spanish-sounding name on it and an address in another city in my state and a return address from some other company I never heard of. I'm assuming this booklet is for that person. Contacted GreaterGood's customer service and haven't heard a thing. I'll give them a couple of days and if they still don't respond I'll file a chargeback with my cc company.

Note: I'm pretty good about reading reviews of companys before ordering but I don't remember anything on my order mentioning GreaterGood.

Be careful when you order from them! Even if you want to cancel your order within less than an hour of making it, you can't. I had the incorrect slipper size and wanted to change it. I then found that they made two separate orders--one with socks & slippers and one with just slippers. I have zero idea how they managed that. I called today and they were completely unhelpful. Now I have to somehow intercept the mail to refuse the packages, or take them to the post office. And even though I bought the "easy return" where I don't have to pay to ship back, I'm gonna venture to guess that it will be too difficult to get that return shipping label and I'll have to pay out of pocket.
It's too bad because I was hoping to give these slippers as a gift while helping animals at the same time. Not allowing a cancelation right after it was made, when their stores were closed (so no one filling it and already putting it out for shipment) is just bad business all around. Unfortunately, I will NOT be shopping with them again.

Donated in someone's name but they were never notified of the gift. When I asked them why they said I didn't include their email. The email address was in the form I sent and that was attached to the email telling me I had not sent it! After I pointed that out, they never apologized or sent the gift notification. I am hesitant to donate again.
I've bought a few of their products, not impressed with them either.

I canceled the order and they sent it anyway! According to my tracking, it had not been sent but as soon as I canceled it, they sent it! THEN, like the other reviewer indicated, they would not return it. Read the return policy very carefully. They have created a large number of circumstances that makes it impossible for them to accept the return and give you your money back. Just expect to have to keep the items. Again, caution, caution, caution!

I ordered a tank top for 24.99 I needed a different size. Couldn't find how to do it so I called. I was told it is through a 3rd party and all sales are final with this party! I have been ordering for years from them and never had issues like this! They lost a loyal customer over 24.99. All I wanted was to exchange it for different size. Amazon carries same things cheaper and you can return or exchange with no problem.

I put an order on Friday and an hour later I called to cancel the order. AI answered and says it will take 2 to 3 business days to process the order. Also, says if I leave a message, the first agent will contact me. I left my order number and phone number and the reason of my phone call. They never contacted me. I had to call them on Monday, they say I have to receive the order and ask for return to get the refund.
This is their company error, but told me I have to pay back for return.
They also say that they do not receive cancellation and modification. Which company don't receive cancellation and modification, if the customer request in a hour. If the company made an error, they need to know and accept the error. Instead blaming on the customer. Charity work looks good on the company in the outside, but are you sure they are giving 100% of the charity money they are getting from the customer back to the charity cause?

The Animal Rescue Site sells garments made from alpaca wool. Harvesting of the wool is intrinsically inhumane. The alpaca's are tied down and they scream and vomit in fear. Stop selling alpaca fur! Animal Rescue? NOT!

I was really excited to order sweatshirts for my immediate family - 5 in total.
I noticed sizing issues, so I ordered a brand I was somewhat familiar with.

So many problems. Number one, the sweatshirts are tapered in at the waist. Something nobody would necessarily know since they only give chest measurement and length. I figured a 40" chest would be fine, alas, the hip measurement is 34". On other sizes it's as much as 10" smaller at the hip than the chest.

Number two: the small looks like a second. The pocket is off, it's 3" shorter than listed and the printing is way off.

The printing is off on 3 of the 5. Technically, all 5 are off, but 3 are more than a quarter inch off on one side, with one as much as an inch off.

I spent $175 for this s***, and nobody has responded to my emails, which includes pictures.

I'm calling my credit card company on Thursday or Friday to open an investigation. Unfortunately, it usually takes this kind of action to get any kind of resolution.

I will NEVER buy from here again.

I do not recommend ordering clothing from this charity because I had a very frustrating experience. I ordered a medium T-shirt for my sister and it was too small for her. When I informed the company, they stated that they do not issue refunds or exchanges because they work with a third party vendor. Then I ordered the shirt in a larger size, but my sister said they sent her a shirt that was even smaller! When I informed Greater Good, they said the third-party vendor requested that I take a photo of the two shirts side by side! My sister had already given her granddaughter one of the shirts. It is ridiculous that they don't believe their customers! I should have received a refund or exchange the first time around but they denied it!!

However, the greater good charities has no intention of caring for animals when they pick up animals from louisiana they are immediately dumped in kill shelters in New Jersey and other states the purebred will go up to Pennsylvania dog auctions.

The Humane Society of United States partnered with the greater good charities was under criminal investigation by the louisiana office of Attorney general Charli Foti after hurricane Katrina the greater goods 990s identical to HSUS in regards to them paying animal control officers in the south off and then paying animal control officers off in the north to dispose of dogs and cats.

If you get the wrong size, you get to pay to send it back And you also have to print a return sheet - since they no longer include packing slips. But their website tells you to return according to the directions On The Packing Slip! May want to update that. Also - might want to include more measurements on the size chart. All my product showed was chest and length measurement - so I went by that and the coat was Waaay too small. When I contacted customer service of course I had to go through their chatbot. The rep never apoligized, just sent a canned reply on how to return. Then asked if there was anything else. So I said ya, cancel my account. She just responded that she had cancelled my email address. NO trying to save the customer I guess...and so I am now shopping elsewhere.

If you choose USPS or free shipping option, it will go through Bensenville, IL USPS facility (found horrible reviews) and will sit there for days/weeks unfortunately:( I love the GreaterGood products and choose them for gifts, but they do not arrive in time for holidays/birthdays. I would hope they can offer another route as this USPS is hurting their business. FYI

I ordered small glasses with cat decals on them. The decals pealed right off with just one use. Even though I wrote a note to your company about the defect ,your company would not refund. Your website says "satisfaction guaranteed."

Haven't received order and there's no one that will answer my emails about this!!!
