Even though there are some negative reviews for this company, I decided to take a chance by ordering from them.

I placed my order on the 29th of December 2025, and today is the 4th of January 2026.

The tracking for my parcel shows that it was sent to the completely wrong parcel centre, not once but three times. Each time the tracking for Royal Mail says “your item was sent to the wrong PFW (Parcelforce Worldwide) centre and that it’s been redirected”, each time ending back at the same incorrect centre.

I’ve attempted to contact the company on their support email address on three different occasions as it suggests to do on their website, and they’ve completely ignored every single one of my emails.

It wouldn’t be fair if I didn’t update my review. The goods finally arrived today (Tuesday 6th of January) and they’re all great products and of good quality. The packaging could have done with some foam peanuts or air bags or really any padding to protect the goods.

The company did finally reply to my emails, but it took far too long to hear back from them. I would have given 5 stars had this been better, however when I did hear back, the member of staff was polite and to the point.

Top value, top service, top company. Even gave a free gift!!

Fantastic price and very quick delivery.

This place is fraud, the drinks expires in few days, missing items, and they lie & say they refunded you and you have to remind them.

Edit - I have upgraded to a 3 star review as I they refunded the two damaged cans and wanted pictures to take up with the warehouse team around the quality of the packaging, hopefully future parcels will be dispatched better

Looked at the reviews on TripAdvisor to consider whether to purchase from this company as never heard of them before. Decided to take a punt and order 12 x Dr Pepper Vanilla Float. Cans all come separate rather than a box (no.big deal), price for 12 cans of import drink was high but acceptable and postage and delivery with Royal Mail was quick.

So the big issue was the 12 cans looked to have literally been thrown into the box and subsequently 2 damaged, thankfully did not burst but no good for the stocking filler gift for my son.

A few pence worth of bubble wrap and 2 minutes of care would have meant an undamaged package was delivered and would have secured them lots of repeat custom as my son loves the American sodas that are not easily available on Amazon. Sadly I will try and find other more professional suppliers in future

I am a clean freak. American but living in the UK. I am very adaptable but sometimes there is no local product that will do what I need . Then I am grateful for the American Store that can get me a product that I know..Nothing gets out stains right then, on the spot like Tide- to- Go pens.

First time order looking for some unique Fanta flavours for my son. Website was easy to navigate. Prices of products was extremely reasonable and variety was excellent. Communication was very good and postage was very quick!

Ordered the almost expired/expired mystery box. Quickly arrived but we were so surprised at the weight of the box which made us look forward to it even more and we were not disappointed!!! So many different sweets and treats. Only slightly negative thing is it was more sweets than savoury but amazing selection and such a large amount. Really good amount of drinks. Some of ths dates were a long way off but only best before quility is still good. Will 100 percent order again

One of the packages was burst open and missing 11 cans of the drink I ordered. Maybe the courier, but still very dissapointing

Poor customer service , ordered on the 6th September still no parcel . Customer service send the same repeated email out without actually responding to the enquiry and now not responding to my emails . I have no order and down 120 pound . Currently in the process of reporting this to my bank .

I ordered a box from here and Royal mail damaged the box and I was missing some of my items. They not only replace my items quickly they sent extra treats for my son. Amazing store and even better customer service thank you Simon.

Absolutely awful, ordered something, was never dispatched- I had to contact them & they said ‘we don’t want to resend it so we will send a refund’ I said okay fine.

Days go by, no refund. I contact again ‘oh there was a problem - I can either resend the package or you can get a refund’ at this point I’m confused? You said that you don’t want to resend it and now you do? And the refund didn’t process? What?

Some more days go by, nothing except a sketchy email that says I’ve been refunded, but still nothing. So I kick up a fuss & then today I get a notification of a refund- but only a partial one?

This company are definitely scammers please do not use them

I have just received the order and all items are damaged due to the American store putting zero packaging inside the box.

All tins of drink are heavily dented and due to the weight, the cardboard Pokémon snacks box has been pretty much flattened and torn apart by the other items.

Why they sent this so poorly packaged is a mystery as it's obvious that this would occur. This was meant as a gift for someone but is now useless to me.

Would not recommend and would never use again. Avoid if possible.

I have put a few orders through in the last few weeks as I have found some interesting goods to try and also threw in for a mystery box! The delivery is prompt and if you are shrewdly shopping the clearance, yes there are goods that are close to the best before and some are after, but this is massively reflected in the price and having had some sweets that were a few months past date, they tasted no different to any that were newer, I didn’t die or suffer any ill effects! Most foods don’t magically become sub par the moment the day on the package passes, so don’t be put off and they clearly advertise this on the descriptions! The range of sweets are great, my kids love the cereals (in moderation) and I have discovered fruit rolls, which had I not received in a mystery box, I would never have tried and ordered more! Hoping my Japanese mentos and assorted treats that have just arrived are just as good! From a service point of view, my latest order was a little delayed, these things happen at peak times however having emailed to check the order had gone through ok, I received a prompt response advising it had shipped and later received an email for a refund for part of the order, thinking it was a stock issue I wasn’t upset however imagine my surprise when opening my order to find it complete and the refund was a gesture of goodwill that was neither asked for not expected! Well done and will continue to return!
