I was well informed from start to Finish
I was kept well informed about when my repair would take place. My car was collected by them and issued with a courtesy car. After the repair was completed I was pleased to find they had done an excellent job. Also they returned my car cleaned inside and out. I thought their service was really good. The staff very helpful I would definitely recommend them

Awful communication
Awful communication, promise of call backs never materialised.
Six different delivery dates, with no explanation, had to do all the calling to find out what was going on.
Surely this was easy to correct, but went on right up to the day before delivery.

Totally useless
Totally useless. Basically sat on the case and did nothing for 3 and a half weeks leaving me with no courtesy car which I later discovered I was entitled to. Had to threaten legal action in order to get them to pull their finger out and actually do something. Every time I called them up they just fobbed me off.

A great job done on the car, all though it was not badly damaged it was a first class job. The car was well looked after. The car was clean & well presented. Well done. I am very happy with the result.
