I ordered 3 items and wanted to return 2. No one answered my emails, forms, or Instagram messages for 1 week. When I tries to return the package via DHL, they wanted to charge me €110 for that. The company has no customer support and it is a total scam. Never again

Hi Georgi, As we explained when we emailed you back, we never received any previous emails from you. It is our priority to reply to customers and we would never ignore a customer, we simply never received the prior emails you say were sent.
You emailed to request a return, and we have replied to confirm that a free return label will be emailed to you, there is no dhl charge atall to return items to us as per our return policy. We are awaiting a reply from you to our email :) Thanks

My experience was great. I had a problem with the sizing of my jacket. And customer service took care of it with no problem.

Great shipping speed
Great shipping speed. Product looks really got and I get a lot of compliments. I haven't test the longevity of this products yet though. I am a very active person so clothes with trinkets attached doesn't last long.

Shocking how quick I got a reply.
Made an order then got curious why it was taking a bit to be sent out so I sent out an email and got a reply back almost instantly with info on it AND a guaranteed ship date. I call that a win for a company of this quality. Definitely filling the wardrobe with their stuff at some point.

As you will see from our other customers reviews, our material selections are of the highest quality (bamboo cotton) and we take pride and time to source the best materials for our brand. They are produced to high standards in our very own manufacturing warehouse and are not mass produced like many other brands so for that reason we are very suprised to hear this. We are sorry you are not happy with your purchase.

Pretty cool designs and products
Pretty cool designs and products. Very unique. Customer service is great. I would give 5 stars if the product packaging for the leather jacket was improved. The box it came in was beat up. I understand the delivery provider is likely at fault, however for such a pricey/sensitive jacket I would expect something a little more durable than the flimsy box it came in. Besides that I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Amazing top quality products
Amazing top quality products, great customer service and they respond super quick to customers inquiries. Order was received very quickly for me living in the US and being they are in the UK. Would definitely order again!
