ok but not quite at the level expected for a paid subscription

Products are good. variety ok. purchasing needs a lot of work. Had issues with purchasing items. spoke with customer support that are aware of the issues but do not seem to have a desire to fix them, just apologise and move on. Communication is slow if anything at all. It is a shame as the products are good, just customer service standard, lack of communication and lack of willingness to fix known issues/bugs in their order ordering system lets them down. especially because you pay a monthly subscription to be part of it.

It’s hard to believe that I got Air…

It’s hard to believe that I got Air Jordan 2 Retro Varsity Red for only $70 bucks.

I mean a DS 2014 pair for that price, which makes me overthink if they are real or fakes. If the retail correction team can answer about sourcing and their authenticity check I’m wrong into not trusting them happily.

Very impressed with the store

Very impressed with the store. $30 monthly bit steep ehhh oh well it is what it is. But I love it, love the weekly drops with perfect priced shoes/clothing. Love the mix up of clothing brands you drop, always have got good variety. Have brought plenty of items all legit.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service: rude and slow. Ordered some items including a hoodie which took over 3 months to arrive. I have to email them multiple times to follow up. They told me that it would be next week then next week, and gave me fake tracking numbers which were not changed for weeks. I asked to cancel and refund twice but they ignored my requests. I got the present for my husband 3 months late. Will never shop here again. Stay away!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when an order is intended as a gift.

To clarify, the hoodie in question had already been dispatched and was unfortunately held at customs, which is outside of our control. The tracking number provided was valid and active; however, tracking updates can pause while an item is undergoing customs clearance, which is why it did not show movement for a period of time.

As the order had already been shipped internationally, we were unable to cancel or refund it while it was in transit. We appreciate that this situation caused inconvenience and regret the delay it caused.

We value all customer feedback and are always working to improve communication and delivery expectations.

Great Service

Been buying from The Retail Correction for a few years now and I can safely say that it’s legit and very worth it. I have been able to get heaps of sneakers for way under the market value thanks to this website.

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for…

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for them its been over the 20 day shipping period i messaged them and they tell me they are still trying to find a size 9.5 that ive already paid for and dont have it yet whats the point of putting the sizes up you pay for and they dont even have the shoes just taking peoples money to fund other shit i messaged them to ask where they are and no one replies or even helps i better get them before Christmas time

16 weeks and STILL WAITING for our order.

It has been 16 weeks since placing our order, and we are still waiting to receive our purchase. We have contacted Retail Correction via email on multiple occasions, only to receive noncommittal or ambiguous replies, promises of a dispatch "next week" or simply no reply at all. This company has taken my 15 year old's hard-earned savings without any effort made to rectify their error, and the lack of communication or action is disgraceful. STILL WAITING.

To clarify what happened — the original parcel was lost by Australia Post, and we weren’t aware of the issue until you notified us that it hadn’t arrived. As soon as we knew, we began sourcing a replacement pair for you, which can take some time depending on availability.

We fully understand how disappointing the delay and communication issues have been, and we take responsibility for that.

However, after this review was posted, we made the decision to cancel and refund the order in full, as we didn’t want to keep you waiting any longer or add to the frustration. That refund has now been processed, and no further action is required from your side.

We genuinely apologise that your experience wasn’t what it should have been, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process.

Be very careful when dealing with slippery slimey companies like this

Long wait for order

The items are legitimate and many are indeed sold at retail prices and a few under retail. Massive discount that normally can't be bought from any other stores. The only problem is the long wait. Yes it can take at least 3weeks or even more to arrive if ordered in Australia. Paying 30$ a month can be too much if not a collector or an enthusiast. Also, for some items that are pretty rare are limited to certain sizes. Stocks sold quick but not like in Nike online stores that get sold within 1minute. Still, I recommend copping in the bag all items as many of them don't get restock + a very long wait.
