Firs they was call me mr daniel very nice person after when they are make me tha connection with the solicitor for my case for NHC when i was tell him that my negligence problem started with 3 years ago and I was tell him that me like a person and after brain hemoragii surgery they dont care the gp the answer for this solicitor was I can’t help you cause is more then 3 years then I just want to ask how do you want help tha people with the bad condition of NHC?

When a women wants advice for a birth injury it may be better to have a sympathetic lady phoning instead of having to disclose private information to a male who doesn’t really understand

Excellently handled
I made an initial call to ascertain if my medical negligence case can be reviewed for a possible claim. The lady I spoke to helped me get the details in order and any things she may have missed and needed more clarification on, she was very courteous and acknowledged these in order to have this call documented and as watertight as possible. Very professional, considerate, diligent, concise and understanding.
I would recommend this platform if I speak with someone who has the unfortunate misfortune to be subjected to anything similar.
