I wanted a special gift for a neighbour who had volunteered to cut my enormous and completely overgrown hedge, a mammoth job and one that took over eight hours to complete. Despite never having cut a hedge before, he made a fantastic job of it. How best to thank him? ‘I wonder if anyone sells bespoke garden shears online’ I thought…..and there is! The Laser Boutique came up trumps with my thank you message inscribed across both handles of a nifty pair of shears and the recipient was absolutely chuffed to bits! I used the laser boutique for a personalised gift for my Nan’s birthday. Unfortunately I only come across their website a few days before so it wouldn’t be delivered in time. I emailed the email address on their website and their customer service was excellent. They were so helpful and helped arrange the gift to be delivered in time. I ordered a personalised flower planter and I was so pleased with it when it arrived. It is beautiful and exactly what I was after. Lovely tool box and engraving. Daughter loved it. Only reason for 4 stars is that it was late in arriving. You had put 48hr delivery but it took 5 days to arrive.

I ordered the Personalised Flower Planter Large Trug for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary. I was delighted with how quickly the order was accepted, made and sent out. The product itself is beautifully made; it's really sturdy and the engraving is spot on. I'd definitely order from this company again - they did not disappoint!

Happy with the product and service

Very happy with the butter dish. The packaging was very flimy and the ceramic dish could have easily been damaged.
My main issue was with delivery. I wasn't at home at the time of delivery and box was left on front doormat by the courier they stated it was in the porch... I don't have a porch. This parcel was easily in view of anyone passing by.

The garden trug was a gift for our nieces birthday. I think she will love it. Its beautifully made and personalised.
