I can’t stress how much I enjoyed my experience at The Gloss! The staff were all lovely,extremely professional and the customer service was great .I had such an amazing time and will definitely be visiting again.

I loved every moment I spent at The Gloss. Such professionals, amazing staff. It was a pleasure from being booked in at short notice, my consultation and finally the very refreshing, rejuvenating facial...they understand facial for men. You have to go to see what I mean.

I dreaded walking into a pink clinic but there's something about the interior that they got absolutely right. It relaxed me and added to the whole experience.

A second visit has been planned.

My experience at the Gloss has honestly been 10/10. I had my first ever laser session with Rhoda to get rid of pesky hairs and I’m glad I chose to do it at the Gloss! As a woman of colour I was quite apprehensive in the beginning but I’m now a regular. Luxurious settings and decor…would 100% recommend

I’ve never gone to a clinic to have anything done before but I’ve just had the Gloss Glow Facial done for my birthday, the results are unreal. I honestly didn’t expect it to be such an amazing experience with this kind of result - my skin hasn’t felt like this in years.

I felt comfortable, the welcome Maddie, Valeria, Rhoda and Joanna as well as the amazingly beautiful interior completely won me over. It’s a yes from me, see you guys soon and thank you!

Where do i even start !

First off don't even get me started on the interior, it's so beautiful and lush.
The staff are amazing, looking beautiful in their uniforms.
Everything is so neat and clean, you will have an amazing experience there !

Best clinic to be added in my area!

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the staff. The interior is so lush… honestly I have nothing to complain about. I have finally found my favourite clinic that provides everything that I need and more!

Was firstly absolutely taken back by the beautiful interior- which added a very chic touch to the whole experience. The staff their were extremely lovely and went above and beyond to tend to my needs (especially Johanna and Madeline). Happy to say that I am now a regular!

Can I just say that this is the best beauty clinic I’ve been to in a while?

I’ve had my fair share of bad beauty experiences so I was quite skeptical about visiting. The Gloss surprised me.

From the moment you walk through the door, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The entire atmosphere is relaxed and you can be certain you’re in good hands. The staff are truly concerned with your well-being.

I’m currently two sessions into my laser treatment, Rhoda is so gentle and always a good chat.

P.S, you must try the hydra-facial!

Absolutely disgusting owes a small family business over £3000 for building works getting madeleine CROOK croxalls shop up and running! Went above and beyond for her and is refusing to pay!!!!

Recently experienced this clinic and had one of the best facials ever. As a guy, the staff made me feel very welcome and relaxed and provided an exceptional service.

Had a lash treatment with The Gloss a few weeks ago and it was such a seamless process. Beata was amazing, and the receptionist was super professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor — neutral, simplistic and very inviting. Would recommend and will be returning for a lash top up.

Got laser treatment with Dr Rhoda. She, as well as the other staff were so lovely and she made sure I was extremely comfortable during the treatment. The interior is so plush.

Would definitely recommend!
