Helpful staff that knows how to listen, exactly what a support team should do
The admin woman I talked to on the phone was extremely nice to me. I think her name was Kate. She called me yesterday as well, but the problem was initially marked as inheritance, whereas my issue was about employment.
I told her that I have severe ADHD and autism, and that when I tell people this, they instantly assume I am unintelligent, whereas these conditions have nothing to do with intelligence. They are neurological conditions that mean our brains think and tackle things differently.
She understood this instantly and told me they would look into my case and evaluate the possibility of a no-win, no-fee arrangement. I really appreciate it, especially her getting back to me the next day and trying to address the issue. I was not expecting this.
