really bad service as i was in hospital…
really bad service as i was in hospital then released back home i contacted them and was getting lots of hassle for photos of crash i managed to do this after 2 weeks but the road had been repaired so had no pictures or measurements of pot hole they immediately dropped my case without checking with police if they had pictures

We do require evidence such as photographs and measurements to properly assess liability and support a claim. In some cases, if the accident location has been repaired and no contemporaneous evidence is available, it can unfortunately limit our ability to proceed. Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. Literally going to be disabled the rest of my life because of my old job and they say no chance of a claim actual idiots. Tell you they will get back in touch and don't bother actually fully useless just piss you about and waste your time.

Incompetence and lack of communication
The incompetence and lack of communication from this company has been unbelievable.
I initially contacted them to make a claim regarding my daughter. We promptly sent all the photos they requested, and my daughter provided permission for them to speak with me both verbally and by email. Despite this, I received at least nine separate phone calls — sometimes multiple calls in the same day — asking for exactly the same information that had already been provided repeatedly. I honestly cannot count the number of hours wasted on the phone.
After more than a week, I was finally passed to their solicitors, who somehow managed to be even worse. The first thing they asked for was, yet again, permission from my daughter for them to speak with me. When I explained this had already been provided, I was told they needed “separate permission,” which made no sense whatsoever.
To make matters more difficult, my daughter has autism and was not with me at the time. They insisted she personally call back and ask for a specific person named Susan. She did exactly that, provided both her name and mine, and was then placed on hold three separate times for over 10 minutes each while they apparently struggled to locate the case. Considering all they had to do was search my name, this was beyond frustrating. Eventually, she gave up and hung up.
After this experience, along with all the previous poor communication and repeated incompetence, I have decided to abandon the process entirely and go to a local solicitor where I can actually speak to someone in person.
I genuinely do not understand how this company has received so many positive reviews, because my experience has been nothing short of exhausting and unacceptable.
Update after your reply. Could you please ask Fletcher’s solicitors who continue to contact me to stop doing so.

Everything was explained but I was just a bit disappointed that I was not, as expected,
talking to a Bristol firm of solicitors as it appeared on the website. But I have proceeded with the recommendations given to me and am now passed on to a firm of solicitors who will examine my case. Everything was explained very well.
