I visited the Hearing Care Partnership today and was so impressed. Having been experiencing tinnitus for about two weeks they quickly established that there was nothing wrong with my hearing and offered me reassurance and advice for dealing with the sounds. The staff were so friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to others. Thank you so much.

I had lost all my confidence, as a pensioner I have to work my hearing was impaired but molly never gave up on me and lack of discipline I had with applying olive oil!!!

Had two sessions with Selina Risebrow at the Yeovil office to work on an accessory for my Phonak aids. Selina is a very professional audiologist, who has a pleasant manner and works hard to solve problems. I thoroughly recommend her and would happily go to her for future hearing needs.

Molly was on time, competent and very attentive. She explained clearly what she was going to do and performed the work with great care. Highly recommended.

I have had a loud hiss/ringing for a few years and it was affecting my quality of life as well as social situations. I was unsure as to what could be done about my tinnitus but thanks to the free comprehensive and very thorough hearing assessment by Selina, my audiologist, I understand my condition and have taken steps to help. She was so knowledgeable and professional but she also put me at ease and I felt she was dealing with me as an individual not just as a customer.
After going through the results together I have purchased tiny, rechargeable hearing aids (and I’m glad to say there was no pressure to do so) and have just been for my 7day check-up to review settings etc.

Selena has created settings for my hearing but also added an app which can be used to listen to sounds or music as a way of masking the internal noise. The heating aids have been life-changing as they have lessened the intensity of the hiss/ring and the app sounds help induce a feeling of calm.

I can hear details in my surroundings and also in music, which is bringing me great joy. I cannot thank Selina and the Hearing Care Partnership at Robert Frith Opticians enough, and would recommend an assessment immediately if you have any form of internal noise.

Had my first ever ear inspection today, Molly was friendly, knowledgable and professional. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I saw Debbie Park last Thursday for Microsuction / earwax removal. Very helpful in emailing the report of the process with audiogram for me to show to my GP on the same day. Exceeded expectations Highly recommended.

I saw Deborah at the Yeovil practise after being told by an Audiologist that I had wax in both my ears. I made the appointment online which was simple and quick and was seen within a few days . Deborah was brilliant . She explained everything and took photos and videos ‘ before and after ‘ the micro suction so that I could see for myself the amazing difference ! I would wholly recommend . I contacted Molly in Yeovil who kindly fitted me in at very short notice as i explained my doctor needs me to have a hearing test, as soon as possible.
The appointment was on time and very professional.
The procedure being carefully administered and images sent to my email.
I look forward to going back to Molly on a 6 month rotation.

I attended this clinic as the facilities were not available from the NHS.
I was offered an appointment immediately and was seen by the Clinician who confirmed the diagnosis and offered ear wax removal.
The process is straight forward and the offending material is removed by suction through a fine tube. No pain and quickly removed.
The Clinician was very kind, professional and efficient.
I commend Molly for her excellent service and customer care.

Selina visited me to help with some existing hearing aids which I had bought elsewhere and which have been problematic. She spent a long time helping me to get them working again and couldn’t have been more patient or understanding. I will definitely be contacting her when I need new hearing aids.

Selina was so helpful and professional. I came to see her with tinnitus. She was able to relate to my condition and provide reassurance and support. The tests that she is able to do with all the high tech equipment was amazing! I recommend you see Selina!

Kara was very professional and informative throughout my hearing assessment. She explained the procedure and results of my test very clearly and listened and understood my situation.

Fantastic service, very friendly. Only place I can fault it is the price for an ear cleaning was £95, but I can get it done at the doctor's in Illminster for £25 quid per ear

I was seen immediately I arrived and received very professional and friendly treatment as Salina negotiated a tricky ear. Full marks for her skill and endeavour to resolve the issue.

Selina was Excellent. On time. Very efficient. I had impressions done for ear plugs and it was easy and straight forward.

Having suspected that my hearing was less than optimum I booked a test, which revealed that I actually have a significant hearing loss.
From the beginning Kara was helpful and supportive, explaining each step of the testing and results and the benefits of the various hearing aids. Having made my choice I continued to have her support while I adapted to using hearing aids, and learned about using the App and Bluetooth on my iPad and iPhone. As a result of Kara’s sensitive and skilful attention I am now feeling competent and confident as a user of modern hearing aids and am rediscovering the subtleties of classical music and birdsong.
