Excellent experience
I have suffered with a build up of wax in my ears for many years. I have been to see many professionals through other companies and they haven't been the best help! I was seen by Hannah on two occasions over the past week and she has been amazing. Hannah talked over everything that she was going to do, she explained the pros and cons to the treatments on offer, and she made me feel completely at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience after the ones I have had in the past. Hopefully I won't have to be seen again for my ears but if I do, I won't hesitate to book back in with Hannah! Thank you

The welcome I received from Nicole Dunn…Happy customer
The welcome I received from Nicole Dunn immediately put me at ease. The removal of the excess wax in my ears was quick and painless and was so effective I have gone from near deafness to having to turn down the volume by 50% on my tv and phone. Excellent service 😊.

Ear wax removal at Worle branch.
Just had ear wax successfully removed at Worle, branch by Lia. Very patient and profesional person and most important, from my point of view, reassuring explanation of what was happening all the way through the process. Would highly recommend, Mike.

Best Customer Experience Ever
I just had the best customer experience ever, Nikisha the audiologist was very professional friendly and helpful, we both had each other laughing, but most importantly she knew her job and we were not in a rush (I was in there just over an hour), my ear wax was removed completely out of both ears with computer photos to prove it, then we went onto a hearing test and then advice on hearing aids, everything was explained very clearly and all this for £95, it was definitely worth it as she did each job so very carefully and thoroughly

Nikisha very clearly explained everything that was going to happen, all the different (very comprehensive) tests and possible outcomes before we started. She put me at my ease during the tests and explained the results and their implications clearly.
She didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, but gave good advice for improving my hearing. Would recommend her to anyone.
