Uzayr was very informative and calming. He was able to show me the whole processing explain effects that I had been having.

Uzayr was very welcoming when I arrived for my hearing test and wax removal. He explained everything extremely well and was very careful to minimise any discomfort. I can recommend him without hesitation.

My wife and I both saw Uzayr at the Syston practice. We found him to be very personable, friendly and professional and put both of us at ease straight away.
He did some background health and lifestyle checks before proceeding with the hearing tests. The tests were explained in full before we commenced them. He then went through the results with us and followed this up with a email of the results to our home. All in all a great experience.

Brilliant from start to finish. Easy to book an appointment, helpful on the phone when I had to call to rearrange, great communication from the audiologist Uzayr on the day of the appointment. My 95 year old Dad was treated with utmost respect and care by Uzayr and he left the shop a very happy man. Returning home he can hear his 90 year old wife better than he has for months. I can most highly recommend the services of this company and Uzayr in particular. Thank you so very much.

I had an appointment with Uzayr at the Syston branch today. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and very approachable. He put me at immediate ease and gave me a lot of information about the hearing tests, ear care and explained my results. The fitting of a hearing aid just as an example of how different the sound could be was quite eye opening - most definitely something I will be looking at.

Comprehensive and well explained. Tests were 'real life ' experience and having a 'test drive' of hearing aids convinced me that I needed a pair.
