Good communication prior to the appointment. Kirsten was excellent throughout the session. She very much put us at our ease. She explained procedures clearly, and was very informative and reassuring about the results.
Would highly recommend.

I found the whole process very professional and I felt confident in the advice given by Kirsten. I would certainly recommend the service to others.

I had my ears checked out for the first time just to make sure. The appointment/check up was free of charge and I didn’t need any cleaning/unblocking whatsoever, so no need to return for further work.
Kirsten saw to me and she is professional, experienced and has a lovely friendly approach that puts one at ease.
I will definitely return and recommend a check up for anyone who is in two minds or think they may have an issue.
My mother has to have her ears done twice a year and the benefit is very noticeable after she’s been. Many thanks.

Kirsten was so informative and took great care to carry out so many tests.
She validated my own understanding of my cĥronic ETD.
She even sent a report on her test results to me in order that I can show the consultant that's due to review my Eustachian Tube Disfunction. I was amazed that this service was available to me.

I Feel the whole experience from start to finish could not have been more pleasant or more effective. I was able to go stright in at the time I booked i was made to feel very welcome and at ease. Kirsten is a credit to the Hearing Care Partnership. My ears were blocked and caused me great inconvenience. During my two appointments Kirsten carefully and with great skill cured my problematic ears. Displaying a warm and friendly manner at all times, my appointments were very pleasant. Much appreciated advice with reference to my parents hearing requirements made for an excellent customer service experience. I will have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

Such a lovely practice put me at ease straight away I was quiet anxious when going in as I had been suffering for three weeks with headache and painful ears
But at no POINT did I not know what she was about to do explained EVERYTHING

Sophie made an excellent job of carrying out wax removal from my ears & showed great patience & gentleness throughout the procedure, as well as explaining each step very clearly. I would highly recommend her work.

Sophie was just excellent - from the start she put me at ease and her communication skills are just brilliant! She kept me informed even after my appointment she followed up which is amazing service.
Clean and professional service which I highly recommend

I attend for a hearing test and was greeted by Claire Francis who put me straight at ease. She listened to my concerns. She explained each part of the hearing test and what a normal result would look like.
After the test Claire explained the results to me and showed how they related to my initial concerns. I don’t need help with my hearing at this time so Claire added my name to the diary so that I would have a reminder in 2 years to repeat the test.
Claire emailed the results to me very quickly so that I have a personal record to refer back to in the future.
