Uzayr in Oadby was really helpful. We had a long phone consultation before I attended in person. In the end my hearing was in better condition than I had expected, despite which Uzayr gave me lots of helpful and friendly advice for the future (and managing my tinnitus.)

My wife is living with Alzheimer's and was nervous about having a hearing test. We needn't have worried, right from the start Uzayr was friendly and positive, explaining everything very clearly and putting her at ease. We were pleased that the test results showed only 'very, very minor hearing loss' and the whole procedure was a good experience. We'd have no hesitation in highly recommending the HCP and Uzayr in particular if anyone local is thinking of having their hearing checked. Thank you!

I thought I only had earwax as the problem, but turns out it is also my source of mental problem: temporary tinnitus.

THCP Oadby's Uzayr Issa ended my unspoken 10-years struggle to get back my hearing and ability to focus!

Before coming here, I tried another earwax cleaning service. The practitioner tried to clean it but not finished because my earwax was still too dry (even after 5 days of twice oiling) and my bent ear canal form. I was told to come back again after two weeks. I should continue applying oil to my earwax daily on the wait.

However, two days after, I got a symptom of tinnitus very badly. I could bear with the hearing loss for two weeks, but it is a big no for tinnitus even a minute. It harms your sanity!

Thus, I decided to find another clinics ASAP. I searched again and found THCP website as well as an its Oadby clinic opening the next day. I saw free tinitus consultation besides earwax cleaning service available. I was considering to even ask for ear cleaning service directly (though I should pay another cost), but I decided to go to the free consultation first.

The day, I was welcomed by a very friendly lady at the lobby. No long after, I met Mr Issa for the appointment.

He greeted me and asked my situation. He listened to me carefully, and promptly he understood my problems. He informed me that he could treat my earwax immediately. I felt confidence and I said yes without hesitation.

He worked on my ears meticulously. He did not stop just because of my ear canal's form is different. My earwax was already oily enough, but the canal form indeed is challenging. But, I trust him.

After the cleaning done, I have no words to express my gratitude for one of the most precious endowment from God: the ability to listen all sounds clearly, including silence! No more ringing. Just my voice and his.
