I felt that the hearing test was carried out extremely professionally and competently, with detailed explanations at every stage. I was shown the results and my hearing profile, and the demonstration of what hearing aids could do for me was amazing. Holly was very personable and friendly and put me at ease from the beginning. I recommend this service.

I had 4 appointments with Ms Holly Proud over the course of 5 weeks. After removing an excess wax build-up, Holly did an extensive hearing assessment and was able to diagnose that I had some hearing deficit.
Holly’s professional manner was excellent throughout, and she dealt with me in a sensitive and reasurring way. I never felt hurried or under pressure at any stage and was constantly informed of what was happening and what the next steps would be. Her knowledge and skill were greatly appreciated, and she was able to provide me with solutions to deal with my problem quickly. Holly made me feel valued, enabling me to make informed decision on how I should proceed.
Holly is excellent at her job and I look forward to seeing her again for follow-up appointments.

I have first time visited the Audiologist Ms. Holly Proud based in Newcastle Tyne and Wear this month. She tested my hearing and communicated with me in a very friendly and professional manner.

Her explanation is clear, professional, and easy to understand. She really took her time to inform me of specific knowledge about hearing which I was not aware of.

As from the scan, my ears inside looked quite clean, and only a little wax in the outsider part, she suggested not to make deep clean for my ear for the safety concern, and prescripted a liquid to clean these wax out, which was a more natural and safe method. This gave me a feeling that she is very responsible for making suitable treatments and prescriptions.

I would highly recommend her as your audiologist for keeping your hearing healthy.
