Exceptional service from Georgia. Very informative and excellent sharing of data and imagery. Also excellent patient manner, friendly with great communication skills. Very pleased with my treatment.

Had my first hearing aids fitted by Georgia Woodcock. Following a thorough hearing test I had my first hearing aids fitted. These turned out to be unsuitable for my needs, however Georgia was very patient until found the perfect custom fitted hearing aids for me. Fantastic customer service throughout the process.

Georgia Woodcock was absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient, kind and professional with my brother who went in for an ear was extraction which was very painless, quick and actually very interesting!
We got to see pictures of inside the ear before and after the procedure!
My brother then had a hearing test which I felt was very thorough.
Lovely experience and I will be returning!

My initial appointment with Georgia Woodcock was excellent. She talked me through every step of the hearing test, explaining clearly what everything meant and how it impacted on my hearing. There was no selling pitch, just an explanation of each option.
The fitting was easy with clear step by step instructions.
And although it had no problems the follow up appointment was reassuring.
I would recommend any with concerns about their hearing to visit Georgia.

I saw Georgina Woodcock in Thrapston this afternoon. She was extremely thorough and professional in everything she did, and carried out tests and explained the results very carefully. She explained how a cycling accident over 40 years ago had affected my right ear. I felt completely at home and reassured.

Georgia was professional, helpful and insightful. I was nervous about having a hearing test and she made me feel at ease. I learnt all about why I’d been having difficulties and what I can do to help myself in the future. I would highly recommend

I saw Georgia Woodcock today at the Kettering branch of Davis Opticians for Ear Wax removal. I had initially thought the cost was high compared with others I had used but it became apparent why pretty quickly.
As well as having the wax removed quickly and painlessly (irrigation on this occasion) I was given a quite comprehensive ear health check up and short hearing test which I’ve never had in the past. Georgia pointed out areas where my hearing had deteriorated slightly because of many years of riding motorcycles without using ear protection. She was able to research and suggest a purpose made ear protector for bike riding that I will be exploring further. Excellent service thanks.

I Highly recommend Georgia Woodcock, she was very professional, approachable and friendly, she made me feel extremely comfortable at my hearing test. Everything was explained clearly throughout which was fab. She has put all my concerns at ease!

I went to visit Iram and she explained everything very well.On this occasion i did not need hearing aids but when i do i will be sure and visit her in the future.She is going to contact me yearly and check my hearing

Iram, was delightful and I cannot recommend her highly enough; kind, thorough and fantastic at talking me through the process and the results.
