I made an appointment with the audiologist personally, and she didn't bother to notify me that she had cancelled before I arrived.
When I arrived for the appointment I was told she was 'not available'. No text no email.
I made a 2nd appointment at another branch. The same thing happened. The communication of this company is poor. It leads to lack of confidence in professional competence.
