It was my very first hearing test, didn't know what to expect, very nervous, but Nadia made me feel at ease straight away. She was very professional, very skillful and very polite and laughed at my jokes.
The whole experience, including the wax removal, was carried out at the highest professional standard. Very impressed.

Uzayr performed my hearing test in November and pre fitting. He was first class, professional and knowledgeable. Danish did my fitting and like Uzayr he was first class. Unfortunately I had some issues with my right aids and frustratingly two cancelled post fitting appointments. This issue was promptly rectified with a home visit and Danish fixed all my issues, What needs to be fixed is the Grantham branch resourcing. However, I believe Danish, Uzayr and the Area Manager deserve 5 stars for their service. Just fix the Grantham branch.

Great Oticon hearing aids together with first class service from Elaine. Over my series of appointments everything was patiently explained and it was clear from the outset that she has a great depth of knowledge about both the product and hearing difficulties. As this was my first time using hearing aids I was initially a little concerned but my confidence grew as we proceeded and I am delighted with the final result.
