This was my first step into the hearing aid world and I was extremely grateful to find the right person to help me find my way. I had a couple of discussions with Josh who was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I am now the happy owner of a very neat hearing aid, it works brilliantly, but the best thing about it is that it has completely blocked out the tinnitus !!! It is a miracle!! I can't quite believe it after suffering years of constant screaming in my ear. Thank you so much, 10 stars..........

My hearing aid is out of warranty
I am unable to find any assistance with the supplying audiologist ,neither he nor his manager reply to any emails
The call centre staff are helpful but unable to suggest anything
My aid is therefore obsolete only because I am unable to speak to anyone
I will not buy from this company again

Kara was very professional, she explained everything calmly and clearly and she helped me to feel more comfortable about the testing process.
Kara asked good questions and answered all my questions with alacrity.

Following a visit to my GP after I started to experience tinnitus, I was advised as a first step to have the wax removed from my ears. I noted that you provided a free tinnitus advice service and I was really pleased with the experience. Kara was extremely helpful in explaining the causes of tinnitus and was able to remove the ear wax using suction which was a much nicer experience than the water irrigation method. Although the wax removal wasn’t an instant fix, she is recommending a referral for further tests at the ENT hospital. I’d definitely recommend the service she provided which was very friendly and professional.

It's hard to come to terms with the fact that you can no longer hear clearly so I was somewhat reluctant to get hearing aids but Kara was so friendly, relaxed and reassuring that I am now very glad to have done this. I couldn't have had better service with a very helpful and thorough initial fitting plus excellent follow up appointments. Kara answered all my questions and provided everything I need. It was a lot of money to spend but I now find that people don't mutter nearly so much !!

Being a baby boomer my hearing has been disappearing without my knowledge - wife muttering etc! I was finally persuaded to go to an audiologist and I chose THCP in Bridport having reviewed others in the area. Yes, moderate/severe hearing loss was diagnosed!
My audiologist is Kara Butterworth who I find brilliant. She clearly knows exactly what she is doing and has been very patient with all my questions and worries - just what you need in such a professional. When I go in because there seems to be a problem with the fit of the aids or etc, she has myriad suggestions and always a stock of bits to try and solve the issue.
I can thoroughly recommend this lady.

Excellent service from Kara. Always very professional and friendly. Explained everything in detail and nothing was ever too much trouble. Found me the right hearing aid for my requirements, which has made such a difference to my quality of life, now being able to hear people properly!

Last year I decided to take advantage of a free hearing test because my family were fed up with the TV being so loud and I hoped that technology could surely do something to relieve tinnitus! It transpired that I had a mild hearing loss in my left ear. So a combination of amplification to finally relieve (not cure obviously) the tinnitus and improve my hearing has made a remarkable difference to my life. I hadn't realised just how often I had to ask people to repeat what they had said to me and we can listen to the TV at a normal volume! I've always been warmly welcomed at the Hearing Partnership and can't believe what a difference my hearing aid has made to my interactions with others. Thank you Kara for explaining everything so well.

Good service, Kara explained everything well and ensured l had follow up appointments to make sure l was happy with everything and that my hearing aids were doing what was required.

My hearing check was at Frith's Opticians in Bridport. The whole service from the initial reception to the hearing check by Kara was excellent - professional but friendly. I will be happy to return in two years for the follow on check.

I was seen by Kara Butterworth. It was a really great experience given how nervous I was about coming to terms with my hearing loss. Kara was really informative and understanding. She made the whole experience very relaxing and free from pressure. My new aid is making a real difference. I had no idea how quiet things had been for so long.

Outstanding service for an ear plug fitting from Selina, very reassuring and professional, lots of information about what was being done.

For quite a few months I had been waking up with my left ear seemingly plugged up, sticky inside, and hearing significantly adversely affected. It turned out to be ear wax, and Lucy, based at Frith's in Bridport, recommended softening it up with special olive oil for a few days, then she removed it, painlessly, with microsuction. My hearing is so much better now, no more squidgy ear in the morning, and I cannot thank Lucy and her team enough.

This appt made my day - and I certainly don’t lead a boring life!
