I went to have my ear wax removed by Debbie today. The whole experience was 1st class.
Debbie made me feel comfortable and explained everything so clearly.
It was such a relief to be able to hear again. Thank you so much Debbie, you are amazing.

Robert Friths in Blandford and especially Debbie Risbey were extremely helpful and professional throughout the initial hearing test, fitting, some teething troubles and ongoing support. Having the hearing aids has transformed my life and restored both my hearing and my interactions with other people to the level I experienced in my 30s and 40s. Wholearted recommendation.

A thorough exam, every stage explained by Debbie. The use of diagrams, graphs and images added to my understanding.
Attention to hygiene, both environment and personal, was exceptional.

I was referred to the practice by my GP after a nasty viral infection caused a large wax build up. I paid a one off fee of £70, and had three treatments, each one being very carefully implemented by two different practioners. This was an excellent service, and I am now going to use it annually as a precaution.

Matt my audiologist was excellent throughout - put me at ease, explained clearly the assessment process, handled it calmly and safely, and was clear in his diagnoses and recommendations. Highly recommended.
