Exceptional Experience with Jacqueline – Highly Recommended!

I was incredibly anxious before my hearing test, as I had been worried about my hearing for a while. However, Jacqueline was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. She quickly put my mind at ease with her warm and professional approach.

She took the time to do an in-depth examination and explain each step clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. In the end, she assured me that my hearing was perfectly normal, and I left the appointment feeling reassured and confident.

Thank you, Jacqueline, for turning a stressful experience into such a positive one! I highly recommend her to anyone who is nervous or unsure about their hearing test.

My husband first attended HCP in March 2024. At that time he as also being treated for a condition which may/may not have been influenced by his hearing difficulty. A diagnosis and treatment plan were put on hold until his hearing could be assessed and stabilised. The review hearing appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Unfortunately, at this time, the audiologist left the company and the appointment was postponed, twice. It was at this point that I contacted Gemma (area manager) who stepped in to support us in this situation. She was prompt in dealing with the enquiry, she listened carefully and discussed options available. Gemma maintained contact throughout, put plans into emails, and organised a new appointment as an issue of priority. We’ve just had our appointment with our new audiologist, Jacqueline and she has been equally personable, professional and caring. We also got to meet Gemma today! It was lovely to put a face to the name and if she is the face of HCP we are in very safe hands. I always think that you can tell more about a company from how they deal with any problems or issues that may arise.We cannot praise these 2 people highly enough. Thank you so much for your support during a stressful time for us.

The hearing test was done well and the audiologist was very friendly and helpful.
