Brilliant advisor at That's Life Insurance
I did not go to Thats'Life Insurance because of the company, I started talking to Daniel Boucher ,one of FA at the company and Danny's personal approach , coupled with patience , understanding of clients exact needs and being able to work towards very clear requirements is what has set him and the company apart . I had better quotes in monetary terms elsewhere as I always do my own legwork to understand the value of what I am being offered , but it was Danny's approach to my case that convinced me go with That's Life Insurance products. I purchased both Critical Illness with LC and Income Protection via them.

I don’t have any type of insurance life or income and I had Chris talk me through all my options that are tailored to my lifestyle and what would be best for me. He was patient on answering my questions and was a great help in finding me the right deal. Overall was a nice guy and was massively helpful.

Jasmin Rothwell a Senior Protection Consultant was exceptionally helpful with both information regarding the policy I was looking to take out a great explanation as to what my policy would do for myself and my family. She took great care into making sure I had the best cover for my situation.
She also was very flexible in regards to contacting me during my specified free hours and had a wonderful phone manner.

Amazing conversation with incredible people, health questions were handled with such sensitivity and I genuinely felt so comfortable throughout the whole process. I was never rushed and my budget and wants from a policy were the top priority.

Had an amazing customer experience with Alex in relation to the insurance cover she has now put in place for me and my family. Was meaning to do this for a long time and she simply made the process so easy and was super fast. Doing it online is hard to know which provider proceed with. Good thing about thatslifeinsurance they only work with top select brands with high payout success rate. Top notch customer service would highly recommend thatslifeinsurance.
