I’d put off applying for life…
I’d put off applying for life insurance. Gareth couldn’t have been more professional, friendly and put me at ease straight away.
He rung back when it was convenient for me, no pressure at all and the quotes were far better than I ever imagined.

Lee gave excellent customer service!
To be honest I was somewhat sceptical about my phone call from 'That's life' as I had been browsing for life insurance but growing gradually despondent at some of the quotes I was receiving. Lee has an excellent telephone manner. He was engaging, clear and gave expert advise. I was glad to get everything sorted with him and was grateful for his expertise.

Samantha was really lovely, really knowledgable and took my call with ease. I'd spoken to quite a few other brokers and they either couldn't cover me or just made the process seem very complicated. Samantha searched, re-searched and then provided me with a policy that I was sure covered everything I needed whilst I was walking round Asda! I'm glad its sorted and equally glad that Samantha called me as I'd all but given up trying to arrange life insurance.

Jasmin was very helpful, very accommodating and was able to ensure I understood needs.
Some questions were very repetitive, it would be good if the system was smart enough to remove elements based on previous answers, would save a lot of time.
