It was easy to navigate the site and order. My parents love the idea and the books. They are excited to share their stories. These books are more than just filling in the blanks, it is about keeping memories and stories alive for centuries to come. I feel blessed to still have my parents and for them to be able to share their life and stories. I will be recommending these books to my friends and other family.

I appreciated the updates on my package and it was delivered to my parents in a timely order with tracking and pictures!

The shipment took forever. The book is poor quality, some questions are useless and it happens frequently that the same question is repeated twice. For some silly questions (like "do you have a valid passport") they left an entire page blank and then 3 lines for life-revealing answers (like "describe your perfect day"). I love the idea, but unfortunately this product isn't up to the expectations at all. DON'T BUY IT.

Made my mom cry happy tears and she loved it

They sent me the products I ordered. The book itself is totally crap quality. Meaningless questions, mostly. Completely overpriced SCAM. BUT the WORST thing was that my purchase "opened me a membership for discounts" Nowhere they told that one has to pay for this membership monthly. I only noticed after 8 months that they had been billing me around 26€/month! They don't reply at their customer service and the link to cancel the membership is not working. Having found the "correct" page for canelling memberships, it doesn't recognize my order number. I wonder why! They would profit more if they would write "membership cancelled" and I would just wait until next month another 26€ would diappear from my account. HOAX! BEWARE, DON'T BUY

Amazing gift totally worth the price

Amazing piece of literally historical and precious family history, great quality and arrived perfectly on time. Couldn't be any better. Got one for my parents for Christmas and it was the greatest gift they ever received to date.
The only note is that, once completed, it'll need to be preserved at all costs! Or else precious family memories are at risk.

Easy ordering

Buying the story book for my father was a good experience and shipping was prompt. Will likely be back for another book.

The book I received is beautiful and the prompts are perfect. Everything I could imagine to ask my mom is covered in there, plus there are bonus pages for more ideas and extra content like special family recipes and stories. I am so excited to get this back to pass on to my kids!

I was nervous about ordering online, but the book showed up, the tracking was nice. It is good quality and has lots of interesting questions to start conversations. My only regret was not ordering earlier when my Dad could converse more before he passed. Need to start Moms book sooner, was nice to see they have Grandparent versions as well.

Experience was great was a little rocky in the beginning because I didn’t get my order but I communicated with someone via email and got the order resent on them (my mother just got her gift so happy thank you cove)
