Where is MY ORDER?
Placed an order, paid for it and immediately received a confirmation email from them. Nine day later my order is nowhere to be found on their website and sometimes it does, stuck in "printing" status. Reached out to them and after a few days they came back to me saying they "can't find my order". Obviously, my PayPal was charged for it. What are we doing here?

Subscription business model is flawed…
Subscription business model is flawed and predatory. If you want one model, you have to buy whatever subscription is required by that seller. Canceling a subscription is evasive and complicated. I recommend using a virtual credit card number so thangs cannot drain you like a vampire each month.

Unusable without signing up
Models can only be downloaded after registering with an email address. Unless you love useless accounts and spam mail, look elsewhere.

Good Content Misleading Monetization…
Good Content Misleading Monetization Model
I wanted to buy a few Models for 3D Printing
but i had to Subscribe to buy monthly downloads
and got upsold to buy 15 which i couldn’t spend freely on the Website but only on one Creator (which was not clearly labeled).
So if i wanted to buy one Model from 5 Artist i would have to buy 5 Subscriptions for between 10 - 20 Bucks a month.
The cancel button is not found in the Subscription Tab and not in the Membership tab but all the way down under Settings. Making me search quite a bit.
It was also unclear to me How many Models are included in one Download. “Is it only the Model it Self, or is the Stand included” ?
Overall i liked the Designs i got and would’ve been fine paying the Designer outright. However, this Monetization Model with fine printed User Agreement Stuff and Hard to find cancellation button along with this Obscure “Download Currency” that can only be spent on one Designer is giving me the Creeps !
I would appreciate a Website that matches the Quality of it’s Designers ! With a clearly Labeled one Time Purchase option as Standard-Option and an optional monthly Subscription for Extraordinary Support. Thanks!
