Stunning Bridesmaid Dresses!!

I had a particular vision for my bridesmaids for my December wedding and TH&TH was the only place I could find that had EXACTLY what I wanted! I ordered a couple of different styles/sizes for the girls to try on (as there wasn't a stockist near where each bridesmaid lived), the return process for the ones we didn't need was seamless and quick.

On the day, the girls looked absolutely STUNNING in their dresses!! I had lots of feedback on how gorgeous the dresses were, so festive and glam, and different to the usual bridesmaid dresses you always seem to see. They also had tartan wraps to keep warm (as it was 20th December in Edinburgh!) which matched perfectly and against the velvet just looked so Christmassy and fabulous, just finished off the look!!

The girls LOVED their dresses and felt amazing in them, they were super comfortable and felt luxurious on, easy to move in and dance the night away.

I highly recommend TH&TH - your bridesmaids will look gorgeous and will love you for picking such beautiful dresses!

Beautiful dresses!! I’m not sure how to put into words how fabulous Th&Th are as a brand. Throughout the whole process, the team offered superb support to me - offering reassurance on delivery timings & ensuring that anything was perfect.
My bridemaids all wore the Camilla Blush Pink Satin, and they looked truly gorgeous! High quality, fabulous presentation, the prettiest colours & great fit! Only alterations my girls needed to shorten the length, as they are generous with this!

The dresses arrived in good time and exactly as described. The quality is fabulous. I found a huge lack of high quality in the bridesmaid dress market - but the TH&TH bardot dresses have it all: boned, lined, they stay up on the bust, multiple ways to wear sleeves/straps, gorgeous colours. My girls looked amazing!

The company and Olivia, were so helpful in changing orders, responding to questions and helping with return timeline alterations. Cannot recommend them enough!

I decided to have my girls try on dresses in a stockist so we could see exactly what suited them and what sizes to get which removes any potential hassle of returns. We picked the Grace dress and it was absolutely stunning on the girls, they kept saying they felt like princesses. The dresses were so well made, and also travelled very well, and were easy to steam too. All the girls had their dresses altered slightly and each seamstress said they were great dresses to work with. Just hope I get to wear a TH&TH dress myself some day!!

If you are scrolling through these reviews and interested in why there are a few really bad ones when all of the rest of them great, I’m sure it will be easy to assume that maybe there’s just been a couple of particularly difficult to please customers and put it down that. If you read through a couple of them you will see the theme is around trying to get your money back when they owe you a refund. As I write this, I am about 3 or 4 months into trying to get back £300 that I am owed for bridesmaid dresses that were returned (they gave confirmation that they were received) but no refund made. This is after we’ve spent many hundreds more on dresses we are actually keeping, so it’s not like we’ve just wasted their time. I’ve never seen an excuse book like it. The last one was suggesting that our best bet is now to ask our credit card company to do a charge back. They haven’t given us a single phone call or anything, just every time we email we get another email back with an excuse of why the money hasn’t yet been refunded. This is my second ever trust pilot review and reserved for one of the most dishonest companies I’ve ever come across. Absolutely no care for the impact they are having on our wedding planning whatsoever. They wouldn’t have even reached out about the refunds if we hadn’t chased them. If you are certain you won’t need to make a return and request a refund then you might be alright, but if there’s any chance that you might need to send something back, our experience is please don’t risk it, look elsewhere and don’t put yourself through the nightmare of having to deal with these people.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping here, for a dress to wear to my friend’s wedding and I must say, the customer service was absolutely lovely! The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to assist me. I also purchased a stunning velvet dress, which exceeded my expectations in both quality and style. I highly recommend this website for anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

I ordered the most beautiful bridesmaids dresses from TH&TH. My whole bridal party loved them, they all felt comfortable and they are so flattering. The material is gorgeous. We received amazing customer service so I will definately be recommending to future brides.

The best dresses and customer service. Can't rate highly enough!

After returning 2 bridesmaid dresses of £320 worth, I received confirmation by Royal Mail they’d been delivered, but after a few days hadn’t had any confirmation from Th&Th. I chased this up to then have it confirmed 8 working days after it had been delivered that my return was accepted and being processed and it takes up to 14 days for them receiving the parcel for me to receive the refund. After 17 working days still nothing to my account, and after sending another email a few days later I received a manual refund via PayPal. I still haven’t received a reply to my email asking where my refund was, however.
Due to the significant delays I had to pay the amount off my credit card, and it was a huge amount to be without when I’m planning my wedding. I’m so disappointed and despite their beautiful dresses, would caution anyone ordering from them as the communication is poor and refunds extremely slow which is insensitive when they’re in the wedding & bridal business. I believe that if I hadn’t chased up at every step I’d probably never have received my money back.
