I have owned a Texeus Swift since last September. With it's cadence and torque sensors, it has the smoothest power transition of any rear-drive bike I have owned. I purchased it because of the lightweight folding design that I can easily transport in the rear of the car.
As a proud owner of the Tezeus Swift, I can confidently say that Tezeus is an exceptional company redefining urban commuting. The Swift's premium carbon fiber frame perfectly balances ultra lightweight portability with robust structural integrity, making every ride feel incredibly smooth, smart, and genuinely fun. From the hidden internal wiring to the crisp hydraulic brakes, their commitment to high quality craftsmanship shines through in every detail.
What truly sets Tezeus apart, however, is that they are simply a great company to deal with. Their customer service is fantastic and always responsive, deeply helpful, and genuinely invested in the rider experience. If you are looking for a smart, stylish transit solution backed by a team that actually cares about its community, I cannot recommend Tezeus highly enough.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with my Tezeus Swift. The customer support I've received has been incredible. My shift indicator was not working properly upon delivery, and they sent me a new part right away with a video on how to replace it. They have even checked back in with me since to make sure all was going well.
Cancelled the pre-order and agreed to receive refund and restocking fee - refund still didn't show up after advised timeframe of 5-7 business days.
Bikes the company sells are priced quite higher than other brands and competitors are rolling out similar or same design and features, while the company - HQ is in Hongkong btw - can't handle simple inquiries nor requests in promised time, which is honestly unacceptable with current price range.
No, I wouldn't recommend to anyone and experience was considerably worse than other brands and stores who have already established locations
For a bike who costed more than 3000€ (when I bought it in October 2024) I’m just disappointed by the after sale service. In April 12 2025 My bike broke down, and it was supposed to be under warranty, so I contacted customer service (I even sent them the video of when it happened) who were initially quite cooperative, but more than two weeks have passed and still no solution. Worse, in their last email they implied that I had not used the bike properly... be careful if you are considering buying this bike because if anything happens there is no physical point of sale to go to for bike maintenance or for any warranty questions. I definitely regret this purchase.
