Textgold Recensioni

Extremely quick service.
Excellent customer service.
Very friendly.
Valuation offer and payment made immediately.

First class service. I honestly thought that when I got my prepaid envelope that I would get hounded with calls. Nope - filled my bag with unwanted jewellery, old coins, mobile phone and within 48 hours got a reasonable valuation and the money was in my account before I ended the call. Great service

Great service. Always receive reply quickly, fair price and the money is paid straight away. Thank you.

Easy to use
Friendly service
Fair prices paid
Very quick response
Efficient and professional

Was happy with the valuation, very quick service and very helpful advice.

I have found them to be very helpful & honest in everything they do, they reply within a short time & always give a good price

My experience was a positive one after some hesitation about sending my precious things through the post but it was all good posted on Monday morning they phoned me on the Tuesday with a price paid into my bank while I was speaking to them no problem at all would definitely use them again !

It was fast and efficient. The details came through within 3 days, sent the goods and following day received the valuation, it was agreed, and in my bank as we spoke.
Many thanks

I really didn’t know what to expect and sent various items of gold and silver and broken items. Some were really old too. They phone me the next day to make the offer, which was more than i expected. They send the payment there and then as you are on the phone to them. Excellent service and would use them again. Highly recommended.

Very quick easy service. Less than 24hrs of posting my items I received a phone call and offer and money was in my account in minutes. If you have old rings, old gold/silver broken necklaces or bracelets give it a go. I'm quids in.

Very easy to do, posted one day and had a telephone call the next. Happy with the quote. As soon as call completed, the money was in my account. Will definitely use again

They do exactly what the advert says
They send you an envelope, you fill it up and send it back.
They call you with a valuation and, if you accept it, the money is put into your bank account immediately
Nothing could be simpler 😄

Excellent service! Very prompt, bubble mailer came quickly. I only sent 2 items, just to see...
I was very happy with my offer, and literally as I accepted, the payment was sent! Highly recommend!
What a great idea, instead of just throwing it out!

Sent some old chains and was given a good price for them. Can't fault the speed of service.

This was so easy. The envelope arrived promptly and the offer was made the day after I returned it. Payment was made the same day. I would use them again.

Really good experience. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered my free post envelope from Textgold and received it within a couple of days. It came with all the info required to return it. I posted my items at the post office to Textgold on the 12/02/25 and received my quote on the 13/02/25 which I accepted. This is one of the easiest ways to get money for odd, broken or damaged gold.

It was all so simple. I requested a bag and put in the items. Then posted it. The next day they told me the amount and once I had accepted it it was in my account

Very fast service I posted my Gold necklace and pendant yesterday that I haven’t worn for a long time and was given an offer today that exceeded my expectation and received payment also today ! I was kept updated by text by Evelina she was very helpful . I would recommend !
