Very happy, managed to get the last stock of my favorite gloss. The customer support emailed me asking if I can wait as they’re on holiday or wanted a refund, loved the communication and honesty. Received my parcel later but not an issue at all, very happy about the service.

Brushing scam!
My personal details were stolen as part of a scam, I then received a parcel from these guys which I didn’t order. I tried contacting them to no avail after tracking the parcel back to this retailer. After speaking to 101, they informed me it’s part of a brushing scam where scammers take your details, send you parcels you didn’t order in order to take your information and publish fake positive reviews under your name. I am taking this much further and everyone should be aware!
