Good product bad company
The product is actually very good, but I can not say the same about the company. They use Ai bots as customer support. Not helpful. Importantly they are "isolationist Trump supporters" who do not care about anybody outside of the USA, UK and Canada

Extra import fees
Exactly as another customer review: Even though this is a UK company orders are sent from USA and you will pay import fees on your order even though no mention is made of this when ordering.
My order for 3 bottles of Testogen costing £79 had an additional £48.85 to pay when delivered by Royal mail. This falls foul of UK transparent pricing trading law. Initially they refused to refund, after a formal complaint I could have my money back

WARNING,IT’S STEROIDS!
Don’t ever purchase Testogen, it’s a scam. This supplement has never been cleared by the FDA nowhere in the World. You will get steroids symptoms and feel very bad after stop taking it. None of the compounds they claim is in those capsules is there. A legit boron supplement will mandatorily make your urine fluo yellow. Therefore no boron in this supplement nor anything else they claim is in it. They are scammers making money on our on safety and health

new ownership made it right
Wish could give zero stars. Read the reviews here they are all accurate and similar to my situation. I decided I wanted to return the product after taking some and it not doing anything at all whatsoever. I asked to return it and they ignored me until right up to the "permitted return timeframe" on their site. The rep said it was too late, then when I corrected him, he said they only accept returns for the "full purchase" or some other scammy BS. Then ignored me. I eventually had to dispute this charge.
Update: as of 1/30/2026 new ownership contacted me and corrected this problem with strings attached when they didn't have to. The company I would guess is taking a turn for the better and actually listening to the customer so I would ignore the bad reviews from long past and give them a try.

Testogen site is not clear
Testogen site is not clear, nor trasparent about possible taxes. Unfortunatelly. Sadly. Shipping policy is hidden and should be clealy indicated. Especially if client is ordering from other than US/UK countries. Due to taxes the cost for my order went up by 30%. Not fair. Not cool. Not cool at all.
And I apprently I am not the first one. Truly bad business practice by Testogen.

I paid $154 CAD for 5 bottles. Testogen marked the value of my order at $390 USD!!! So I paid custom and taxes on $390 USD. Customer service was completely un-responsive staying that this was Testogen policy. Avoid.

Scammers who make it impossible for you to get your money back.. Don’t waste your time or your money with this product. I should have read the serous medical articles about how there’s no firm evidence that this product helps. Instead I fell for the glossy, fluffy ones promising wonders. I now know that none of the ingredients are present in large enough quantities to deliver on the claims they make

Even though this is a UK company orders are sent from USA and you will pay import fees on your order even though no mention is made of this when ordering. Worthless Dust
I'm 50 years old. Been doing gym for years and in very good shape. I eat clean and live healthily.
So at my time of life I'm always searching for that little bit of something to give me a little boost. After careful research at this product and it's ingredients I thought I'd give Testogen a go.
After 9 weeks of my 5 months pack - absolutely nothing. Zero. Not even a glimmer of difference in any aspect of my condition. Of all of the quoted benefits I've not seen a jot of improvement.
Can't speak for anyone else but I won't be taking Testogen up on the numerous emails to purchase any more of this worthless dust.
In fact I've learned my lesson this time. Never read reviews from 'reliable sources' on the internet who could possibly be on the payroll.

Disappointing product & horrible customer service
The bottles I received all had different size and color capsules, different %NRVs on the labels, different packaging and different expiration dates. When I contacted their customer service and shared my concerns I received a trite and condescending response from them. My next testosterone supplement will be sourced from a different company. They don’t deserve the business.

Hi Kene, very minor capsule colour differences can occur between production lots. Testogen is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility with lot/batch traceability.
However, we can only guarantee authenticity and correct handling/storage for orders placed through our official website (testogen.com) and authorised direct channels. Products bought via third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay/Amazon-style resellers) can’t be verified by us at the point of purchase.
Please email support@healthnutrition.com with your order number (or where it was purchased) and a couple of photos showing the labels and lot/batch codes.

Testogen does not honor their 100% unconditional money back guarantee. They refuse to refund you and when you call you cant speak to anyone. You get a message that no one is available. This company is a total scam. Now I have to fight through my credit card company.

If you try to call the number - the voice message says that all the agents are busy the whole week in a training and i am calling them since 3 weeks.

Poor customer service / order not delivered (£150 scammed)
Poor customer service. I haven't received my order yet and have been waiting patiently for a response. Even after speaking with royal mail they couldn't assist me further with this so I've sent an email and have left voice mails as they don't have anyone available to help customer's yet I'm being ignored. It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I still haven't received it, not sure how they are still a standing company after not being able to assist customers, they will take your money and not respond to you not matter the query.
