Simple, easy, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Ordering the test and paying online was easy. I checked in at the lobby kiosk when I arrived for my appointment. A technician greeted me at the front desk just as I finished checking in and demanded a doctor's order. I didn't have one and a distressing discussion ensued until I clarified that the blood test was ordered and purchased online. The blood test was completed and the technician was very efficient but very rushed and curt.

The test location was Quest Diagnostics, 119 E 93rd Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307.

The technician/respresentative was masked and a very thin and small statured female, Caucasian, light blond/white hair.

The experience was good...even with my anxiety. Thank you!

The worst experience ever. The staff are super rude and very unprofessional. At first I’ve been ask to wear a mask (not required by law anymore but whatever), when I asked if they have an extra one, the lady screamed “nooo and we are not gonna see you without it”…ok, luckily I had one in the car and when came back, been ignored for a good 30min, I guess bc I missed my turn, but no one was inside or in the waiting room. Finally made it inside (I wish I never did lol). It was the most painful experience in my life, my arm was swollen for 2 days and I couldn’t lift it up, it followed by a huge bruise…the worst part about it, I think she did this on purpose bc when I mentioned that it was very painful she just sarcastically smiled and walked away.
So please either change your staff or traine them better. Never be back!!!

They took me in within 5 minutes and the person drawing my blood was very nice and was able to draw blood with no issues and I am usually hard to draw blood from. Have been there many times and will continue to use this lab as needed.

Very simple process and friendly staff

The experience was easy, quick, hassle free and seamless. I selected my test online, paid and then scheduled an appointment online with my local lab. I didn’t have to print anything. I checked in online, gave them the confirmation number had my blood drawn and was in and out of the facility in 15 minutes. Results were available online by the next day. What a well oiled machine. Highly recommend.

Test results taking a long time and too pricey

The check-in from your car did not work this time, so I had to put myself at risk waiting in the small waiting area. I told the people at the front, but they were not very concerned about it. Also, I think the internet was not working well, so that may have been the issue - maybe make sure the building you are in has reliable service so your technology works. The phlebotomist was great - she was fast and it did not hurt. Suggestion - not sure what you can do about this, but the location is dark with no windows and the staff always seem to be sad or bored every year. Maybe bring back the live t.v. with sound, change offices to one with a window, pay them more - I don't know, but the atmosphere is always a bummer. Thanks!

Very easy to select exactly what lab tests you need done.

I didn't know this service was available (without a doctor's order) until I needed a certain test and I started searching the internet. I love the freedom this gives patients and I also love the fact the results are easy to read and understand. They also have someone to calls you if a lab value is of of range..... totally unexpected; but a nice touch. Try getting that from your dr 🤫. Also it's a lot cheaper.... than an office visit co-pay, the lab charges and then the out of pocket after insurance, not to mention your time. I will be using them again.

This company does not provide any confirmation of the shipping address when you place an order. They then sent it to the wrong address, and tried to convince me I had entered it incorrectly. I didn't. I have screenshots that I shared with them, and they completely dismissed me.

The testing center was quick and easy! Very Clean! Great nurses! Thank you for doubling checking my lab order too!
