Always have stood behind the products and provided excellent service!

We were shown a bus that was being redone at the time of our visit. It was talked up as the best bus in our price range and indeed looked great. We were told it would be thoroughly inspected and checked and verified that all was operational. Upon receipt the outside passenger door lock and opening mechanism did not work. When mentioned we were sent a new motor assembly for the door to try to install ourselves. Within the third short distance use, the check engine light came on and the motor is running with a miss in its timing....awaiting a mechanic to review. When running the air conditioner it drips water from the condenser down onto the passengers sitting in the back row. We paid a higher value to get the vehicle with under 40K miles and was being completely gone through and it has been nothing but troubles since we got it.

We have purchased five buses from Tesco and wouldn't consider any place else! Blair Taseff is very accommodating works hard to find the perfect vehicle at the best price!

Tesco made it easy to purchase a bus. They also have an excellent parts and tech department. When ever we have questions someone can always help us resolve the issue. Have bought several vehicles from Tesco. Would definitely buy again!

Salesman was great. Delivery of the vehicles were as promised. We got two lemons for mini-buses. They have not performed in an acceptable manner on any front. A/C keeps going out, passenger doors have regular issues, and door/inside trim has fallen off... All in less than two years.

Blair is great representative of Tesco. He has great customer service skills and goes above and beyond helping my location. Tesco bend over backwards in providing good quality shuttles with very short turn around times, which is a huge plus in my business.

We have had too many water leaks. A piece of the rubber in the floor is already coming up. Another negative is not being able to adjust the outside mirrors from inside. We have also had complaints about the rough ride in the back seats.

I have found all of the staff at TESCO to be super helpful, professional, responsive and organized. It is a family run organization and the quality of their business is outstanding. They get ALL of my bus business and I refer colleagues there whenever given the opportunity.

Bus was accurately described sales rep pick me up at airport been using the bus for year problem free
