I love my TK2! So, when an error code popped up and I failed to troubleshoot it myself, I reached out to Support for help. They were fast to respond and the solution was quick and easy. I’m so impressed with my machine, and I’m so glad I bought this birthday gift for myself.

I love my TK-02, I've had it for several months and I use it daily...it may cost a little more, but 100% worth the cost.

My husband and I absolutly love the TK-01 machine. It is easy to make the adjustments to get the exact cup of coffee we like. We have shown off our coffee maker to family and friends. Product support has been easy to use and very responsive.

I absolutely am in love with my TK02 machine. The coffee made the ease of use and clean look hits all three major aspects of what I want from a counter machine. Keep my counters clean while providing delicious flavor. The support team at Terre Kaffe is also top notch ready and willing to help. Their response times are also very fast. If you're thinking about any product from Terra Kaffe, I highly recommend you just do it!

The latte is lukewarm at best. The milk doesn't froth. I e-mailed the company to find a solution and after 2 months, no response. There is no phone number to call them. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!

We have had our TK01 for four years with heavy use. Averaged 10-20 cents per cup of coffee for the machine. When we had trouble, customer service was prompt and professional in resolving the issues. I have just purchased our third machine (TK02) and look forward to long use.

Can’t recommend this coffee machine enough. I used Marzocco at work and it’s hard to find better machine to be honest ! But I researched a coffee machine for my home easy to use without making a mess and found Terra kaffe 02
Amazing coffee every time! The app is super easy to use and lets you customize everything — temperature, volume, strength — so each cup is exactly how you like it.
We use quality beans, and the consistency is amazing.
Plus, if you use beans from Terra Kaffe webside which they have so many different companies, the QR code feature dials in the perfect settings automatically.
Honestly, we don’t buy coffee out anymore.
Every drop of coffee can be custom the way you love…
And the funny part now is when we travel the first thing we say to each other is “ can’t wait to be home to have our coffee! “
If you hesitate to buy it ? Really? go head ! you won’t drink coffee anywhere outside home !

I had the great privilege of dealing with the Terra Kaffe customer service when dealing with a problem with my previous machine and ordering a renewed TK-01. The support team was with me every step of the way, and would reply to my emails quickly. They always told me not to hesitate with any questions or concerns, and seemed genuinely happy to help me out with this process. 10/10 would recommend working with the troubleshooting team as well as purchasing from Terra Kaffe for anyone with any interest at all in coffee!

Super quick email response to an issue I was having. Convenient videos I could watch on my phone while fixing my Demi.

I ran into an issue with my TK-01 and contacted customer support. They got back to me quickly, shared clear video instructions, and walked me through recalibrating the machine.

I was on the waitlist for the new machine for a while! When I finally got it, it was awesome. Less than a month or so in, it started falling apart. It looked like it was going to explode. Thankfully it was still under warranty. I sent it in, they fixed it and all was good. And then a few months goes by and now it won't turn on. And no warranty. I have a $2,000 counter ornament now.

I had the 1st generation TK and loved it. When they released the TK2 with the Drip option and over the air updates, I knew I had to purchase. All my interactions with their CS team has always been pleasant. Responses are timely and resolutions are top tier. I recommend the TK2 to all my friends and family.

I have the TK-02 and I absolutely love the espresso and drip coffee it produces. I had to do some troubleshooting when I first used the machine, but the team at TK helped me fix the issues.

My biggest gripe with the machine is the milk frothing really is not too good, and I got a separate frother for better textured milk

I have purchased the Demi model and it has been a great experience. The espresso quality rivals/overshadows coffee shop experiences, so much so that I stopped buying coffee outside of the house. I only spend money on beans now so I can make my coffee at home. The machine is easy to use, maintain, and the customer service experience is one of the best I’ve encountered with prompt response time beyond my expectations and close follow up. Would buy from again.

I pre-ordered the Terra Kaffe Demi and have been using it for about 4 months; I really love it.

Before this, I was grinding beans, measuring everything out, and making pour-over coffee by hand. The Demi gave me a lot more convenience without costing me flavor, which is exactly what I wanted.

I like that it still gives you real control. You can use your own beans, adjust the grind size, and easily make espresso, Americanos, and drip coffee. You can also dial in strength, water, and shots, which makes it feel much more personal than a pod machine.

It is easy to clean, pretty quiet, and makes a very good cup of coffee. I also had one issue, and support was fantastic. Gregory helped me get it resolved quickly.

The instructions could be improved, since much of the support info still seems geared toward the TK-02. And the water tank can be a little awkward to access if you have the machine squeezed into a crowded counter, but that is more of a me issue than a machine issue.

Overall, I am very happy with it and would absolutely recommend it.

Without a doubt, the TK-02 brings the best in personal coffee experiences to reality at home. From the easy-to-learn-and-use app interface, to the machine’s amazing functionality, to the first-rate customer service and responsiveness, it’s hard to point to any downside. The quality of the end product—be it espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, Americano, brewed, etc.—can be adjusted and saved easily by each individual user, making this machine a true standout in the crowded field of automatics. Machine refinements, in the form of firmware updates, are carefully considered by the company before implementing, so there’s no ping-ponging of updates to fix unintended consequences. Overall, this has been a terrific experience after 2 years of daily use.

The Demi machine looks beautiful and makes good coffee, way better than those machines that make coffee from capsules. It’s comparable, if not better, than the other top brands that make super-automatic machines. The drinks are customizable with different settings to choose from. I am giving 5 stars for their customer service; they helped me resolve the machine issue. You are better served by contacting them through the contact us link and starting a service ticket. At that point, the good people at their customer service team will be with you all the way. Thanks, TK!

The terra kaffe machine is amazing- coffee is great and customer service is great

Machine started having issues within one year of purchase. Screen was fully non-functional and had to be sent back for replacement. The machine was returned to me in a broken box covered in coffee grounds. The machine is still having multiple issues and displaying error notifications. I get email replies from technical support that have a laundry list of steps to go through that ultimately yield no improvement. Buy something else.
