Your service is really helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the Return Policy is mainly for physical products and ignores paragraphs on digital products like online courses.

Same like many others. Charging way too much for fully automated, zero effort stuff. Advertising services like this with "100% free" should actually be fined, it's totally misleading.

After I received a personal email from customer service who regretted my bad experience, I would like to add some points to this review again. Technically speaking, TermsFeed offers a lot (if not all) of the necessary legal texts and documents, making it an exceptional service. On the other hand, there is (for me) a fairly high price structure, which is disproportionate to the benefit, especially for smaller and short-term projects such as landings and portfolio pages. But that is an individual (and project-related) decision. So I the end I'm pretty sure that I'll take another look when having other projects.

Great customer service. I asked for the rep. to make sure that my agreements were up to day and he handled in a timely manner.

Updated Review* The product wasn't for me but the team is very responsive, seeking feedback and genuinely seem determined to better the product at every step. Hopefully they can continue building, and compile a robust end product that meets even a wider scope of specifics.

I originally purchased the Terms Generator. Upon generation, I discovered that our own version prior to using TermsFeed was adequate. I requested a refund and it was immediate (refunded and cancelled within seconds).
I then purchased the Privacy Policy generator. It was perfect.
