Good support, reliable service
Working with Termii has been much easier than our previous provider at gomoney. The support team is quick to respond to requests and issues, resolution comes quickly and with an explanation, and the service is reliable, giving us a good foundation to build customer relations.

Termis Reliability
Termis message delivery services are reliable. Downtimes and dips in delivery rates are typically due to telco interference and can be observed from their dashboard. The customer support response time is also very fast and updates are always shared timely.
