I ordered on 3/3/25 and still no delivery it is now the 8/3/25 I have also emailed them 3 times with no response! Shockingly bad customer service

I am still waiting on a chain I ordered in January, it is now 8 weeks later in March. Never going to order again! Tried to contact them and they won’t email back. SCAM

Got a confirmation email to say my parcel had arrived which to my surprise it never showed up

Absolutely awful, given I ordered the wrong size bracelet as I was unsure but once I had received it I tried to return it by sending an email and asking for a return note and I had no reply. I emailed again 5 days later and heard nothing again. Still have not heard a response, I won’t be using this company again!

My son bought a chain off Tericci in August, which he received quickly and the quality was reasonable given the cheap price. As he was happy with the first purchase he ordered another chain just after Christmas. Again it was delivered quickly, however he had it for less than a week when it broke. I have emailed the company several times, explaining that my son has special needs and is extremely upset about wasting his money, however there has been no response. He wanted to exchange the chain for a slightly bigger one that he thought would be more robust. We offered to pay difference, but asked for the delivery charge to be waived, which I thought was reasonable under the circumstances.
Both times that we received the orders there was a note inside asking to give a positive review as they had received a lot of negative ones. Here’s a note back to you: if you give bad customer service then unfortunately you will get bad reviews!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company ist honestly just a scam. Delivery was fast, but my package got lost and could not get delivered, which ist why it got sent back to the sender. From that point on, everything just went wrong. I contacted the seller and after having waited for 2 WEEKS, they finally replied, saying that the money will not be refunded. Instead, I’ll be getting a gift card. After waiting and waiting, for up to 3 MONTHS now, they still have not sent me the money back. Even after numerous of attempts trying to contact them. I would not recommend getting something from here.

I got the white gold rope chain and I think the quality is unbeatable. Shipping was super fast and gave me up dates on my order whenever necessary. The actual chain itself looks amazing has good weight to in and something that puts it apart from the competition is how well made the clasps are do not see them breaking any time soon. Overall could not recommend Tericci enough. Amazing products and team

Emailed and DM’d them it’s been over a week and still no response. No information about returns sent with my item either. They won’t reply to any of my messages.
