If I read the reviews before purchasing... I didn't so now I have a TOY for kids, I purchased it for my nephew. It's really expensive, quality is not good at all.

Customer Service is super friendly and responsive, I ordered the wrong and was able to get a replacement a few days later with no charges, already told my friends about it. The camera quality is as advertised if not better.

My experience with TenPocket
My experience with TenPocket went beyond my expectations. For the price, the quality was amazing. Shipping time was super fast and seller was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend anyone purchasing these cameras for themselves or as a gift! Thank you TenPocket 😁

Low-quality product with terrible customer service
Don't be like me and fall for their marketing. This is a very low-quality product... basically junk. After I received the camera, I was shocked at how bad it was. You're way better off spending a bit more cash on reputable brands to buy a digital Sony or Canon, etc. They say they have a 'support' team and refund policy, but they don't reply to emails or social media messages. What a waste of time and money.
