Bei versehentlichen Fehlbuchungen die innerhalb von 2h wieder storniert werden fallen bei Tenitt hohe Stornogebühren an.
Obwohl man sich am ende angenähert hat zwecke der Gebühren, werden hier kleine Fehler sofort mit über 600€ Stornokosten bestraft und das obwohl die Wohnung nachweislich am nächsten Tag wieder komplett neu vermietet wurde für den ursprünglich angefragten Zeitraum.
Ach nach Schilderung der privaten Situation wird die Schuld bzw Klärung auf Airbnb geschoben. In dem Wissen dass diese in dieser Beziehung nicht handeln können weil die entscheidungsgewalt allein bei Tenitt liegt.

Die Kommunikation scheint KI gesteuert bzw durch Vorlagen gesteuert. Eine Direkte Kommunikation gestaltet sich als äußerst schwierig
