Also had a completely random enquiry once and they was more than happy to assist me with that too. Highly recommend and will definitely be shopping with these boys again 💯

We have looked into your order and wanted to clarify the timeline. Your order was placed on Sunday the 14th of June. As per our delivery policy, orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend are dispatched the next working day, which in this case was Monday the 15th, and the tracking confirms the item was despatched by us that day.
From there it moved through Royal Mail's network before being delivered on Friday the 19th, which is within the standard 2 to 4 working day window for Tracked 48. You can see the full tracking history here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/YT847078821GB. We are sorry the timing felt slower than expected, but everything was dispatched on our end within our stated policy and the remaining time was with Royal Mail's network.
