Most horrific experience, it was complete torture dealing with this company
It’s too stressful to go into the nightmare details. It does not help to only speak to foreigners whom are difficult to communicate with. And they use names like apple kiwi etc which makes it even worst.
Their website leaves out important details.
It say a prescription in 15 min ok I’m over 24 hours due to their incompetence just in even writing the instructions for the antibiotic. Had to contact them 16 times. Then to dig even deeper the 4 th attempt dr wrote it for Augmentin “only”??? The insurance company denied it and the pharmacy called to let me know it would $1026. Excuse me does it come in a 24 carat gold bottle?

Misleading Advertising look for other options
The plan detail was not clear, admittedly, I may not have read the detail clearly but as a first time user it’s something we look at quickly when someone is ill. Generally my issue is the misleading advertising of what is offered. It is quite odd the monthly plan would be limited to a single user at a fee that is higher than the annual plan. TelMDfirst Appears to be a scam
TelMDfirst Appears to be a scam. It took hours to reach someone and when they finally called, they did recommend a prescription for treatment (no narcotics - just a simple parasitic treatment). This was to be confirmed by text when the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. It was never sent but I did receive a text overnight recommending I seek emergency room services. I don’t think they actually have the certified resources to fill prescriptions but they do have the means to charge a credit card. Be careful!

I ran out of a prescription and could not get in to see my PCP for 2 weeks, so TelMedFirst quickly and easily sent in my prescription to be filled. A great service!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and the friendliness of the staff. My prescription was filled the same day and the questions they asked were thorough and specific to my needs. I will definitely use this site again and would also recommend to friends and family.

I'm so impressed with these Dr.s and nurses.. had staff going on and they looked into situation and diagnosed me to the perfect 10...they are all kind and making you feel comfortable with them and very patient.. couldn't go out was in bed so sick wonderful app got diagnosed and they sent my prescriptions in and treated me 100%.. didn't have to leave the house and rates are very reasonable..they even called week later with follow up. I will be using this app for all my lil things with my health concerns..I give them a 10...

opted for a doc to call. After waiting the 90 minutes I reached out. They mentioned a high call volume and I should be getting a text when the rx was sent. Did not happen. Followed up again and another large chunk of time passes and I get a text saying they don’t usually use the med I mentioned I’ve been given in the past, but I was open to other suggestions. It took another hour or so for them to send me the exact same text back with no suggestions. I called again and mentioned my pharmacy would be closing in about an hour and 15 minutes. Still nothing. Now they say a doc will review. This all started at 3:30 and it’s nearly 10pm. If I could give them zero stars I would
