El servicio de internet en celulares es pésimo, y desde que entro el 5G esta mucho peor, le batallo demasiado ya que tengo que estar apagando y prendiendo los datos para para que vuelva a funcionar, pero tardo más en hacer esto que en lo que se va internet nuevamente, nefasto el servicio; así como también es nefasto que cada año te cobren una fianza "por si no pagas", pero si nunca te atrasas en los pagos y nunca incumples, no tienen porque quedarse con ese dinero, te lo tendrían que reembolsar o tomártelos a cuenta para el próximo año, ya que seria lo más gusto y no tenemos porque estarlo pagando cada año.

Contrate hace un año internet en casa y mi experiencia ha sido pésima, una velocidad de 0.15 MPBS no lo recomiendo para nada, mejor contraten otro servicio y telcel se excusa que es HASTA 1.5 mbps por lo cual no se le puede exigir nada a ellos.

El día 9 de marzo me presente a su modulo de servicio, fue una experiencia muy agradable pues los asesores de SAMSUNG fueron muy atentos y trataron de ayudarme en algunas cosas si pudieron pero cuando recibo mensjes con alguna liga para entrar no puedo acceder y ellos tampoco pudieron sera mi Cel no es muy actual. Pero yo los FELICITO POR TENER A UN PERSONAL EXCELENTE SALI MUY COMPLACIDA CON SU TRATO Y SERVICIO.

Telcel is nothing but a bunch of trained and brain washed employees who don't care about what the customer needs. They're there only to lie to you and take your money, they are not informed about their products or even how the internet works, they would sell you anything in order to get the comission, once you walk away from their store you're on your own. If the device doesn't or if once you get home and find out that the technology they are selling you which requires of 5G towers doesn't work with the 3.5G towers they own at you location won't work,you'll have to pay full contract price anyway, and a huge amount of money for cancelation, and don't even try to spend hours trying to explain your problem to the CSR because they're against you, they don't care. and don't try to escalate it because they hired a bunch of juridicos who without evidence will get your money no matter what. If you want to save yourself some disappointment, and arguments that can make you sick and sent you to the hospital due to their stubbornness, don't buy Telcel. Telcel is as bad as any other provider in Mexico. They are all linked to the biggest company which is Telmex, they only try to give you a sense of competition but they all suck, but you'll end up with the same extremely poor service.
Don't use this company
Nothing is working correctly, and they don't care. Website, support, the internet itself. Nowhere will you get help or what you paid for—scam in its purest form.

My signal surprisingly worked fine took screenshots, I had the maximum 3 bars and no internet. As if I was being punished for complaining about their bad service. I can't stress enough over the level of corruption and vindictive petty agents who feel they have right to do as they please, and take away something I paid for. That's just outright theft. Their way of handling people shows they are a bunch of protected criminals. Maybe they know more than they should know and they can't be fired. When will Mexican people End the Monopolies?
I called customer support for help. As I had no service at all. I got an agent named Saul on the line, I explained everything to him. He was very understanding and helpful. He told me to wait as he was trying to fix my problems. My internet came back. I was waiting on the line, suddenly a woman agent got on the line, and she asked me what we have discussed and talked about, and I told her I would rather just wait for agent Saul to return instead of explaining everything again. First she said she doesnt know Saul and then that she can't connect me to Saul. She was very demanding to know everything and to give her the number Saul is investigating, and then when I hesitated without saying anything she hang up on me. Not surprised Internet gone again with her phone drop.
I called back next day as I still didn't have internet even thought it was paid. I talked to a agent called Brenda told her everything she was very interested in what I had to say super helpful. She informed me that the reports and complaints the day prior had no tracking number and it was strange it was filed unofficially and there was no way to track it. It was very strange even for her. She was going to find out what was going on, but suddenly someone interfered in the call like before and cut me off before she could say anything.
If after everything I have said you don't see a suspicious pattern then you are not paying attention. BEWARE OF THIS CRIMINAL MONOPOLY. something is very fishy about this whole thing.
The WORST service I've ever had
The aboslute worst service I've ever had. Their website is awful, confusing, and doesnt allow you to see what plan you currently have.
I bought a pre-paid SIM and purchased the 150 MXD plan for 2GB of data which is suppose to include unlimited call, text, and data of all the Meta apps (IG, Fb, Whatsapp) but less than 2 weeks after I purchased- my data runs out and I cannot make ANY calls or send texts or anything. My phone just automatically ends calls that I start and nothing works unless I'm on wifi.
It's a complete waste of money and a total rip-off. I know I didn't use 2 GB of data in 2 weeks (I'm mostly on wifi) and now I can't even make calls or send texts EVEN when I am on wifi.
I'm so mad at this horrible service and I will never ever use them again.

Mal servicio, mala atención al cliente, mal coordinación. Es un completo fraude ésta empresa. Siempre tengo cargos de más que nadie sabe explicar, cada persona que me atiende da un motivo diferente, para justificar los cargos. Con todo y su tecnología, me dicen que tengo que ir a arreglar el problema en una sucursal en específico, porque ellos no pueden hacerlo.. la señorita con una conducta grosera. Pase lo que pase siempre hay que pagar lo que te dicen y no hay más. Rateros.
