Great quality service.
I was unsure at the beginning because I didn’t know any other companies but Bell and Rogers. But It’s been working amazing for me, from the delivery of the modem, the technician who came to install it, to the service in general. Everything is good, I’ve never had a problem with it, it’s a very quality network.
This is my first time hiring my own internet so if this is your first time as well I strongly recommend it.

Good internet
Good internet, but dint like the hastle i went trough for a speed upfrade.i got billed 280$ for a ups driver who never showed up to pick up my old modem and had to jump through major hoops to get the bill removed.

The service has been good
The service has been good, seems a little slow and connection dips at times if you are in a different room a little far from the modem but hasnt cut out yet an havent had any service issues

Slow internet speed
The internet speed sometimes is slower than what I have been promised. It sometimes gets to 20 to 30 Mbs while I was promised a speed of 50 or close to it. On Jan 11, it got to 13 Mbs

Opening a new account
Opening a new account, set up and activation was smooth as butter. after a week or so I wasn't too happy with my package so I called the call center and upgrade was just as smooth.

The connection works well
The connection works well. Customer service requested I select the 2G network instead of my 5G. It was freezing and loading for days. Then I finally switched the networks and all is good.

Cheap and sometimes unstable
Cheap. Sometimes unstable. As an example, today I had to reboot a modem and anyway had three 5-minutes outages.
Support is good.

With Telcan I have more speed for less money
I’ve been hesitant to change internet providers but if I knew how easy and quick it was to switch to Telcan I would have done it a long time ago. After switching to Telcan I have more speed for less money.
