I recently visited this private doctor’s surgery and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. Booking was simple and quick, with no long waiting times. The clinic itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease.

The doctor took plenty of time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and answer all my questions without rushing. I felt genuinely cared for and reassured throughout the consultation. The staff were also very professional, welcoming, and efficient.

It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency in healthcare, but this practice definitely delivers. I left with a clear plan for my treatment and peace of mind, which is priceless. For the level of care provided, the cost was very reasonable too.

All the staff give a warm welcome and put you at ease. The consultation with the Advanced Practitioner was comprehensive and time was given to answer and ask questions. I felt fully informed and happy with the decision I made in regard to treatment

A calm, airy reception with friendly greetings on arrival. Bright and clean environment.
Procedure carried out after discussion with the GP.
Aftercare instructions received and an indication I might need
needed repeat visit after 4 weeks.
I've waited a couple of years to have procedure done and I'm very happy with the 'no fuss' approach.
Pricing structure was clear and I knew the potential cost from outset.
On a personal note, I feel so much happier and will use Teifi Health again

Helpful staff. Understanding doctor.

Quick to get an appointment. I was listened to and my concerns were understood.
I was referred quickly. It was explained what would happen when staff were on holiday and that I would not be left without staff to take things forward, or explain things to me.

A great experience at Iechyd Teifi Health. Greeted by Marian who is always so friendly and approachable. Lovely and welcoming environment. Saw a Doctor that specialises in joints and muscles and managed to get a diagnosis in one 20minute session. The 3 members of staff I saw Marian, Rhian and Doctor Burtenshaw were great! Highly recommend!! Diolch.

Full consultation. No rushing. Listened to concerns and explained well the worries I had. The NHS has so many pressures and not enough resources, so it is reassuring I can access this service.

A few days ago, I had reason to visit Iechyd Teifi Health for a consultation with Dr Beth Howells. In every respect the service provided was exemplary. The arrangements were very easily made, - and without any delay. Efficient and friendly. It is a great comfort to know that such an excellent professional medical service is available.
