I took my daughter for cryotherapy to treat multiple verrucas. We’d spent years and tried everything to treat them and I’m delighted that after 3 treatments they are totally gone! I’m really grateful to the excellent staff at Iechyd Teifi Health for their professional and friendly service.

I had cryotherapy to remove a lump on my face and I was able to book an appointment quickly. The staff were very welcoming and the nurse was careful when doing the treatment. She was happy to answer my questions.
After one treatment the lump has almost gone, but as it was quite large, it was explained initially that I may need a second treatment.

So friendly and made me at ease!

So nice to be greeted by a GP with a smile and a friendly face. Dr Howells was so approachable and made me feel at ease discussing my issues with her.I felt valued and listened to.
Such a different experience from when trying to discuss a problem with my nhs GP! Dr Howells is a sad loss to the NHS but such an asset to a community that was in desperate need of a kind, approachable, non-judgemental and easily accessible GP.

I had my inital video consultation with Dr Nick , who referred me that day for further investigations .
My results were delivered and discussed at length with me via telephone consultation with Dr Beth Howells .
I felt listened to and advocated for by both GPs .
Not forgetting clerical staff Marion and Mandy who went above and beyond to be helpful . Also answering the questions I had, easing the anxiety of waiting for results delivered.
I would recommend this practice .

If you can go for gold then go for gold! The whole family has had excellent advice and 2 things flagged. Hopefully they will result in nothing but preventative cure. This we would not have known had health checks not been done. To top it off the staff are amazing!

I had a very positive experience with my first appointment.

Initially, I phoned the surgery for advice which appointment would be the best, in person or online. It was then very easy to book the appointment online, to choose the right slot and a GP.

The visit to the surgery was a very pleasant experience also. I avoid medical settings for as long as I can. This was my first visit in over 7 years. I am not somebody who can afford private healthcare, but I am so glad that I had this option when an absolute necessity arose even when it meant an hour of travel.

The surgery has lots of parking, comfortable waiting area, friendly and professional staff who are bilingual, and the most importantly the medical advise was helpful!

I highly recommend Iechyd Teifi Health. I have visited twice and both appointments been easy to arrange, and unrushed consolutations in very pleasant surroundings.
I was able to ask, and get an answer to my questions.
The staff are friendly and welcoming which helps put you at ease.

Look no further for your private medical care. Lovely, welcoming establishment, very helpful staff on arrival and exit. Professional medical care and follow up.

The appointment booking process was straightforward and efficient. Despite arriving slightly late, I was welcomed warmly and made to feel at ease. The consultation was conducted in a professional and reassuring manner, and the cryotherapy procedure was entirely painless and carried out with great efficiency.

My one criticism is that once the Gold level test was booked, there was no further communication describing what you should do. Reading the description for the individual tests it became apparent, for example, that you should not eat after the night before. An indication that the Doctor's appointment would be a week later would also help.
That aside, the phlebotomist was excellent in taking what seemed like half my blood. The receptionist was helpful and friendly and the conference with the Dr picked up on all important points.
A very good series of tests that have encouraged me to pursue my weight loss.

Just what private healthcare should be. Immediate availability for GP appointment, 20 minutes of focus on me from the Doctor, no rush and excellent advice.
The surgery itself is as you would expect, lovely receptionist, quick efficient and spotless. Well done and worth every penny.
