I have been visiting since September 2024 and the staff are so friendly and helpful they make you feel comfortable and at ease.

A comfortable and welcoming environment with friendly, professional and grounded staff. The difference in time given opportunity to ask questions and explore solutions and delivery of information is exactly why I visited people treated as a person not a problem was refreshing and welcomed.

I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Iechyd Teifi Health, the attentiveness of the staff and the overall care I received. Dr Howells took time to listen to and understand my concerns and was professional and reassuring.

What a great place to have local! Went here for my ears and all staff are brilliant. No waiting, easy parking, lovely clean and fresh building! Highly recommend 😀

This was my fifth visit to Teifi Health. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have had consultations with two nurses who are extremely professional but approachable. They take time to listen to any concerns I have and have lots of good advice to ensure I am getting the best outcome possible.
The clinic itself is well appointed and accessible with plenty of parking spaces for patients.

Easy to book a video call on line and pay, simple to access the video link from the confirmation email, received a email reminder, efficient backup team. Call was on time and my issue is being managed and monitored. This private health arrangement works for me [ probably not for everyone ], but access to economical private health care takes some f the strain off the system. For someone who works from home and is front of computer screen its really useful and time efficient .

I had a “wellman” checkup (as I'm getting on a bit) which exceeded expectations in respect of process, analysis and delivery. The wonderful nurse practitioner that carried out the assessment was very kind and helpful and the post report analysis from the Doctor was expertly conveyed in layman’s terms that even a numpty like me can understand. Wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.
