The equipment is good. My control panel did fail after about 2 months, but you sent a replacement right away and all is good. The customer service person was really good and helpful. If I was going to make one change it would be to make the seat a little softer. Maybe offer two versions??

The Freestep LT7 is a great machine so far. The control panel didn't function correctly. One call to customer service and I received a replacement in a few days.
The teeter product is not cheaply made. It is solid and just works. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and can already tell a difference in how my lower back feels. Thank you for making an amazing product.
Beware. Do your research before purchasing from this company. There have been several high-profile product liability and personal injury cases filed against this company over the years. These lawsuits generally allege that the inversion tables are dangerously defective, leading to severe injury or death.
