Ordered on 31st may for a gift for my son's birthday on 9th June never received orders asked if I could just get a refund because birthday had been and gone was told I had to wait for the tshirts to arrive to return for a refund when asked when I was going to receive the t-shirt was told would be another 4 days before dispatch absolute joke would never order from these again

I ordered nearly two weeks ago- nothing. I tried emailing. Nothing. I can't get hold of them at all. Could be a scam. Avoid.

Will my order ever arrive?? Unreliable communication promised arrival soon a few times.

Is this a real company or is it a scam? My order was supposed to have left last Wednesday. When I asked for tracking details I was ignored.

Bearing in mind that my order was made on 22 May and the website says it should have been sent within 1-3 working days. The this elusive Dan said it was being sent within 1-3 days on 28 May.

Sounds very dodgy to me.

Should be called teerible. Took over 2 weeks to get order and once arrived shirts are a load of rubbish. One tiny piece of print and nowhere near the quality of shirts shown in advert. Avoid this terrible firm. Fleecing people. Will report to trading standards. Had order quicker from Temu. Better quality as well

Delivery service is excellent no complaints at the moment but if and when they are swiftly dealt with.

Good if you order very far in advance. Took a week and hadn't even even shipped yet so cancelled order

Order was marked on its way 12 days ago. No updates , no parcel 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ordered a T shirt as a present for someone and was encouraged by the 2-4 working day delivery. Now 8 working days later, too late for the item to be gifted and having sent a chaser email on day 4 did received a standard email response from 'Dan' saying the product would be despatched within 1-3 days. Still no despatch notification from the Shop app and it would appear to be luck of the draw if or when you get the products.
If there are issues with completing orders then just say so!!

Communication could be better as email replies fail to arrive. Still awaiting a delayed delivery.

Have no idea what the T-shirts are like because they haven’t arrived. Customer service is hopeless. Say order fulfilled. Said they would ring me. Nothing. Then said would dispatch order and second attempt has so far failed.

Delivery in 2-4 days? Now 14 days with no sign of a delivery, no answer to emails and seemingly incapable of picking up a phone. Please don’t order from these scanmers

Cannot comment on the items ordered as not received them but they quote "quick delivery", this sadly is not the case. You chase them and get the same reply from "Dan" saying it will be despatched in 1-3days, this passes then the same reply but this time 1-4days. You can't cancel the order even though they obviously haven't processed it. Hopefully when/if it does appear they will be good and I can at least give them a quality review but communication is very poor.
