Took away one star just because the t shirt itself is rough feeling even after washing and fabric softener. I prefer a softer feeling t shirt. However the Snoopy Hello Kitty hug is exactly what I was looking for!!

Updated: Issue was postal service, not the seller.
I never received a tracking number or my order. There was an email that said it was being sent and I would receive another email with a tracking order but never got it. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order.
Edit: After their response I checked with my post office and it turns out the post man just didn't put the note to come get my package from the post office, so it was actually delivered. I was not given the tracking number up front that would have helped with that, but they did ship my order and it is good quality. Updated to 4/5 stars.

Beware - Not worth the risk
Agree with the previous poster. I ordered shirts for my employees to wear at outf Christmas party. They did not arrive in the time advertised. I gave up and purchased from WLmart. I contacted TeeNavi by email because there is no customer service number.
Each response from the sender says please be patient. Give it a few more days. We are a small business. If we refund you we lose money.
I wiLL NEVER order from this site again. I also do not recommend this site to others. The site has a 45% rating on site scammer. And 39.5 rating on scam detector
I was given a tracking number which showed the package was not picked up after 3 days. I’m over it. I just want a refund.
I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and I just reported the site in the BBB website and filed a complaint.
Also check their social media, Instagram had page not found, Twitter had 2 post in total from the summer, it’s just a mess.
I do not recommend.

You are taking a gamble if you purchase from TeeNavi.
Where's my order received tracking but it has never been picked up. Sent email to contact still nothing. No phone number can be found for the company so at this point, do I contact my credit card company to fight the charges. I would love to have the tee shirts but at this point the stress is to much. All of this time wasted my time is money also. I will hope someone answer my emails so I don't have to contact my credit card company. You are taking a gamble if you purchase from TeeNavi.

Sweatshirt Hasn’t Been Received
I ordered a hoodie sweatshirt for my niece’s birthday. She still hasn’t received her gift and I never received a tracking number as promised. If it’s on its way, it would be nice to know that it is.
