Faulty product asked for refund further discussion with no reply
I ordered my first 3 month supply of tectrich and the product came out clumpy and fell out in clumps. It completely didn't work. I sent an email to customer service the next day asking for a refund or discuss my options and I did not receive a reply. Really disappointed with the service

Does what it says
While giving me a hair cut, my wife accidentally forgot to put the "guard" on the electric hair clippers. The first cut shaved a four inch bald spot into the back of my head. Even combing hair over the patch didn't hide it so I sent for the hair fibres fromTectrich. I paid extra to have them delivered in twenty four hours as I was going to a family funeral two days later. The parcel arrived on time and the product which was half the price of some others worked really well. Thank you. Keith.

Great product - great price
This product does the job nicely of thickening thinning hair. And at a more reasonable price than other brands.

I dont see how 25g last 3months...
Not worth it if u think 25g is meant to last 3months. Its not value for money at that price. I was considering buying more but feel 3d hair offer better value. Product works the same as 3d hair so it is great but ur more over priced even with ur special offer. Sorry for being honest and blunt.

We’ve been in the business for 20 years and 25g is the established size for the average customer over 3 months.. Also we think that for a premium product like ours £16.97 is a very competitive price. However please let us know what you think is a fair price for 25g is and how long it should last. We genuinely care about the business and would welcome further feedback. If you give us a competitors price and even if we consider it inferior product we will try and match it!
Tectrich premium hair building fibres
The Tectrich website was very quick and easy to use, I received my order the very next day even with free postage and packaging. Was a bit sceptical about how good it would be and how natural it would look as I've never tried hair building fibres before, however I was pleasantly surprised and am very pleased with the performance of the product..you can't see anything on your hair it just looks like your hair only thicker .....I will definitely be ordering more especially if the price stays at an amazing £8.90!!! ....thanks for giving me back some of my confidence Tectrich 😊

Not happy with the product
I have used Caboki before and this one is not as good... after application and combing I see chunks falling off from the head.. not comfortable using this product..

Unfortunate accident with Tectrich.
The first time was very satisfactory. Unfortunately, the second time I used it the top came off and the contents of the container landed on my scalp and the rest on the floor!

Colors available
The product is really good. I just wish there was a shade that is lighter than light brown and darker than medium blonde. For example dark blonde.
